Abstract
Hingga saat ini, pidato merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang sering diselenggarakan dan dijumpai di berbagai kegiatan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tipe-tipe dari tindakan ilokusi, dan mencari hasil analisa dari masing-masing data yang ditemukan pada pidato Ahok di Kepulauan Seribu. Terdapat dua tujuan dari penelitian ini, yang pertama untuk menemukan tipe-tipe apa saja yang ada di penelitian ini dan menemukan letak dimana mis-interpretasi terjadi diantara pendengar dan pembicara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai dasar pengumpulan data. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari dalam cuplikan video pidato Ahok di Kepulauan Seribu yang diperoleh dari Youtube. Penelitian in hanya berfokus pada letak terjadinya mis-interpretasi antara pendengar dan pembicara. Peneliti menggunakan teori dari J.L. Austin (1953) dalam mengklasifikasikan jenis-jenis tindakan ilokusi dan analisa tiap-tiap data terkait mencari letak dimana mis-interpretasi terjadi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tipe-tipe tindakan ilokusi yang diutarakan oleh Ahok di dalam pidatonya di Kepulauan Seribu terdapat berbagai tipe, seperti Expositive (25 data), Commissive (5 data), Exercitive (4 data), Verdictive (1 data), dan Behabitive (1 data). Dan letak dimana mis-interpretasi terjadi adalah pada datum ke 23 dari Expositive illocutionary act. Peneliti berharap penelitian ini bermanfaat dan menjadi referensi bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar menggunakan objek dan menggunakannya dalam berbagai pendekatan ilmu Linguistik. Dan peneliti berharap penelitian ini dapat memperkaya ilmu Linguistik kepada para pembaca untuk menghindari terjadinya mis-interpretasi diantara pendengar maupun pembicara.
English Abstract
Until nowadays, speech is one of the kind of activity that many people still doing speech in many circumstances and in daily life. The intention or the aim of this research is to find the types of Illocutionary Act and to find what are the results of each data that found inside Ahok speech in Kepulauan Seribu. There are two significance of this study, which the first one is to found what are the types of illocutionary act that found in this research and find where is the mis-interpretation occur between the speaker and the hearer. This research using qualitative approach as a basic of collecting the data. This research data was achieved in the video clip of Ahok speech in Kepulauan Seribu from Youtube. This research will only focus on where does the mis-interpretation occur between the speaker and hearer. The researcher using J.L. Austin theory in terms of classifying the types of illocutionary act and Analysis all the data in order to find where is the mis-interpretation occur. The result of this study shows that there are several classification or types of illocutionary act that Ahok produced inside his speech in Kepulauan Seribu, such as Expositive (25 data), Commissive (5 data), Exercitive (4 data), Verdictive (1 data), and Behabitive (1 data). And where is the mis-interpretation occur inside the video is in the 23th data of Expositive illocutionary act. The researcher hoping that this research would be beneficial and can be a useful source for the next researcher to use this object and use it with another linguistic approach. And the researcher also hoping that it can enrichen the linguistic knowledge itself to the reader in terms to avoid the occurrence of the mis-interpretation itself between the speaker and the hearer.
