Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi program Kampus Mengajar berupa CALISTUNG yang dilaksanakan di kelas rendah SDN 3 Druju, Kabupaten Malang. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dasar literasi dan numerasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data didapatkan melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan CALISTUNG. Data yang dianalisis adalah hasil observasi terhadap siswa kelas rendah SDN 3 Druju. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar wawancara dan tabel pengumpul data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Pelaksanaan program Calistung di Kelas Rendah SDN 3 Druju dengan menggunakan strategi habituasi, membaca nyaring dan permainan kuis & tebak kata 2) faktor penghambat program CALISTUNG berupa situasi pembelajaran yang tidak optimal, beban guru yang berlebihan, sarana dan prasarana yang tidak memadai. Faktor pendukung program CALISTUNG berupa SDM guru yang berkualitas dan antusiasme siswa belajar bersama tim kampus mengajar.

English Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of Teaching Campus program in the form of CALISUNG held in underclass of SDN 3 Druju, Malang Regency. This program aims to improve students' basic literacy and numeracy skills. This research uses qualitative research. Data sources obtained through the implementation of CALISUNG activities. The data analyzed were from lower-grade students of SDN 3 Druju. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation and interviews. Interview forms and data collection tables serve as instruments. The results showed that 1) Implementation of the Calistung program in the low grades of SDN 3 Druju using a habituation strategy, choral reading strategy, and quiz games & charades, 2) the inhibiting factors of the CALISTUNG program were non-optimal learning situations, excessive teacher work, insufficient facilities and infrastructure. The supporting factors of the CALISUNG program are the qualified human resources of the teachers and the enthusiasm of the students to learn with the Teaching Campus team.
