Abstract
Penelitian dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis status keberlanjutan usaha peternakan sapi perah di dataran rendah Kabupaten Malang dengan enam dimensi keberlanjutan yaitu dimensi ekologi, dimensi ekonomi, dimensi social budaya, dimensi tekqnologi, dimensi kelembagaan dan dimensi sistem informasi. Tujuan lainnya yaitu menemukan dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dan mendukung keberlanjutan usaha tenak sapi perah di dataran rendah di Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan selama bulan januari hingga februari 2021 dengan 104 responden yang meliputi 98 peternak dan 6 orang pakar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif survei dengan cara survey ke lapangan langsung dan wawancara dengan peternak serta para pakar yang terdapat di Kecamatan Kalipare, Gondanglegi dan Bantur dengan metode purposive sampling dan stratified random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Rapfish dan perspektif dengan 6 dimensi yang mencakup 42 variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa status keberlanjutan usaha sapi perah di dataran rendah Kecamatan Kalipare untuk dimensi ekologi dan sistem informasi berstatus baik, dimensi ekonomi, sosial budaya dan kelembagaan berstatus cukup sedangkan dimensi teknologi berstatus kurang. Untuk Kecamatan Bantur, dimensi ekologi, ekonomi, sosial budaya, kelembagaan dan sistem informasi berstatus baik sedangkan dimensi teknologi berstatus cukup. Status keberlanjutan usaha sapi perah di dataran rendah Kecamatan Gondanglegi, dimensi ekologi, ekonomi. Sosial budaya dan kelembagaan berstatus baik, dimensi sistem informasi berstatus cukup sadangkan dimensi teknologi berstatus kurang. Faktor kunci yang berpengaruh dan mendukung keberlanjutan uaha sapi perah di dataran rendah Kabupaten Malang adalah: suhu udara dan kelembaban, jarak kandang dengan pemukiman, ketersediaan pakan hijauan, rata-rata kepemilikan sapi perah, besarnya subsidi dan sistem informasi pemasaran.
English Abstract
The study aims to analyze the sustainability status of dairy farming businesses in the lowlands of Malang Regency with six dimensions of sustainability, namely the ecological dimension, the economic dimension, the sociocultural dimension, the technology dimension, the institutional dimension, and the information system dimension. Another aims to find and analyze the factors that influence and support the sustainability of the dairy farming business in the lowlands in Malang Regency. This research was conducted from January to February 2021 with 104 respondents, including 98 farmers and six experts. The quantitative method is descriptive by surveying the field and interviewing farmers and experts in Kalipare, Gondanglegi, and Bantur Districts with purposive and stratified random sampling methods. The data analysis used is Rapfish and perspectives with six dimensions covering 42 variables. The results showed that the sustainability status of dairy cattle businesses in the lowlands of Kalipare District for the ecological and information system dimensions is of good quality. The economic, socio-cultural and institutional dimensions are sufficient, while the technological dimensions still need to be improved. For Bantur Subdistrict, the ecological, economic, socio-cultural, institutional and information system dimensions are in good status, while the technological size is sufficient.
