Abstract
Virus Covid-19 merupakan sekelompok virus jenis baru yang menyebabkan terjadinya penyakit saluran pernafasan pada manusia dengan gejala pneumonia. Namun belum diketahui penyebab terjadinya virus tersebut sampai saat ini. akibat pandemi virus Covid-19, terjadi banyak perubahan terutama pada bidang pendidikan dimana pemerintah membuat aturan baru untuk menutup semua institusi dan sekolah dan mengubah sistem pembelajaran menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh untuk mencegah bertambahnya penyebaran virus Covid-19. Karena sistem pembelajaran berubah dengan cepat, pembelajaran dirasa masih belum maksimal dalam melakukan persiapan dan adaptasi. Hal ini memicu stres pada mahasiswa dimana mereka harus beradaptasi dengan waktu yang singkat. Stres yang dialami mahasiswa bisa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa penyebab seperti banyaknya tugas yang diberikan dan jam perkuliahan yang lebih lama dari jadwal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara lingkungan belajar dengan tingkatx stres pada mahasiswa S1 Ilmu Keperawatan Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Brawijaya selamax masa pandemi Covid- 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simpel random sampling. Sebanyak 134 mahasiswa S1 Ilmu Keperawatan Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Brawijaya bersedia menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner lingkungan belajar DREEM dan PSS-10 untuk mengukur tingkat stres. Lingkungan belajar dan tingkat stres memiliki hubunganyang signifikan setelah dilakukan uji korelasi Spearman (p<0,001; α = 0,05; r = 0,437). Dari hasil penelitian ini akademik dapat berperan dalam mengelola stres yang dirasakan mahasiswa dengan cara mengadakan konseling untuk mengetahui lebih awal kondisi mahasiswa sehingga bisa dilakukan pencegahan stres dan penanganan dini untuk mahasiswa di kampus
English Abstract
The Covid-19 virus is a group of new types of viruses that cause respiratory tract disease in humans with pneumonia symptoms. However, the cause of the virus is unknown until now. due to the Covid-19 virus pandemic, many changes have occurred, especially in the education sector where the government made new rules to close all institutions and schools and change the learning system to distance learning to prevent the further spread of the Covid-19 virus. Because the learning system changes rapidly, it is felt that learning is still not optimal in preparation and adaptation. This triggers stress on students where they have to adapt to a short time. The stress experienced by students can be influenced by several causes such as the number of assignments given and lecture hours that are longer than the schedule. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a relationship between the learning environment and stress levels in undergraduate students of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences, Brawijaya University during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses cross-sectional correlation analysis. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study was 134 Bachelor of Nursing students, Faculty of Health Sciences, Brawijaya University. Data collection used the DREEM and PSS-10 learning environment questionnaires to measure stress levels. The results of the Spearman rank statistical test showed that the two variables had a significant relationship between the learning environment and stress levels (p <0.001; α = 0.05; r = 0.437). From the results of this study academics can play a role in managing the stress felt by students by conducting counseling to find out earlier the condition of students so that stress prevention and early treatment can be carried out for students on campus
