Abstract
Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) adalah layanan khusus rumah sakit yang menangani pasien dengan kegawatdaruratan dan memerlukan tindakan medis segera untuk penyelamatan nyawa serta pencegahan kecacatan lebih lanjut. Length of Stay pasien di IGD merupakan salah satu indikator yang dapat digunakan dalam menilai kinerja dari IGD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan waktu pemeriksaan laboratorium, waktu pemeriksaan radiologi serta waktu review dan konsultasi sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi LOS pasien di IGD RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan pendekatan retrospektif menggunakan data sekunder yang didapat dari rekam medis pasien di IGD RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung. Jumlah sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini mencapai 369 sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin serta kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi diambil menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa 3 faktor diatas secara simultan sig 0,000 < 0,05 memiliki pengaruh terhadap LOS pasien di IGD. Pada uji parsial didapatkan waktu pemeriksaan laboratorium sig 0,302 > 0,05 tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap LOS pasien di IGD. Pada uji parsial waktu pemeriksaan radiologi sig 0,001 < 0,05 memiliki pengaruh terhadap LOS pasien di IGD dan pada uji parsial waktu review dan konsultasi sig 0,006 < 0,05 memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap LOS pasien di IGD. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara tiga faktor yang diteliti terhadap LOS pasien di IGD secara simultan akan tetapi hanya faktor waktu pemeriksaan radiologi serta waktu review dan konsultasi yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap LOS pasien di IGD. Hal ini bisa menjadi pertimbangan khusus bagi manajemen RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung agar dapat meninjau ulang terkait dengan waktu pemeriksaan radiologi serta waktu review dan konsultasi pasien di IGD.
English Abstract
Emergency Department (ED) is a special hospital service that treats patients with emergencies and requires immediate medical action to save lives and prevent further disability. The length of stay (LOS) of patients in the ED is an indicator that can be used to assess the performance of the emergency department. This study aims to analyze the relationship between laboratory examination time, radiology examination time and review and consultation time as factors that influence the LOS of patients in the ED of RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a retrospective approach using secondary data obtained from medical records of patients at the ED of RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung. The number of samples taken in this study reached 369 samples based on the Slovin formula and the inclusion and exclusion criteria were taken using Simple Random Sampling. The results of the study using the logistic regression test showed that the 3 factors above sig 0.000 <0.05 simultaneously had an influence on the LOS of patients in the emergency department. In the partial test, it was found that the laboratory examination time was sig 0.302 > 0.05, which did not have a significant effect on the LOS of patients in the emergency department. In the partial test of radiology examination time sig 0.001 <0.05 had the greatest effect on the LOS of patients in the ED and in the partial test of the time of review and consultation sig 0.006 <0.05 had the most effect on the LOS of patients in the ED. This study shows that there is a relationship between the three factors studied on the LOS of patients in the ED simultaneously, but only the time of radiological examination and the time of review and consultation that has an influence on the LOS of patients in the ED. This can be a special consideration for the management of RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung to be able to review related to the time of radiological examination and the time of review and consultation of patients in the ED.
