Abstract
Kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia yang semakin meningkat membuat Kemenkes RI menetapkan strategi pencegahan Covid-19 melalui protokol kesehatan. Diduga peningkatan kasus Covid-19 yang terjadi di bulan Juli – Agustus tahun 2021 disebabkan sebanyak 9,5% perilaku tidak memakai masker dan 11,2% perilaku tidak menjaga jarak dan menghindari kerumunan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perubahan persepsi dan kepatuhan protokol kesehatan pada penyintas Covid-19. Persepsi pada penelitian ini berdasarkan teori Health Belief Model yang terdiri dari persepsi kerentanan, keparahan, hambatan dan manfaat. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan metode cross sectional. Data diambil dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner melalui link google form secara daring. Jumlah responden sebanyak 103 responden yang berdomisili di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji Mc Nemar untuk mengetahui perbedaan persepsi dan kepatuhan protokol kesehatan pada responden dengan menggunakan derajat kepercayaan 95%, α = 0,05, bermakna bila p < 0,05. Hasil penelitian didapatkan perbedaan yang tidak signifikan pada persepsi penyintas dengan p 0,125 dan kepatuhan protokol kesehatan penyintas didapatkan p <0,001. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perubahan yang tidak signifikan pada persepsi penyintas sebelum dan sesudah menderita Covid-19 dan terdapat perubahan yang signifikan pada kepatuhan prokes penyintas sebelum dan sesudah menderita Covid-19.
English Abstract
Increasing cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia had prompted the Indonesian Ministry of Health to establish health protocols as a strategy for preventing Covid-19. According to Satuan Tugas Penanganan Covid-19, the increase in cases that occurred in July-August 2021 was caused by 9.5% of not wearing masks behavior and 11.2% of not keeping a distance and avoiding crowds. This research aimed to determine perceptions change and health protocols compliance in Covid-19 survivors. The term perceptions in this research were based on the Health Belief Model theory, particularly consisting of perceptions of susceptibility, severity, barriers, and benefits. The research design is analytic observational research using a cross-sectional method. The data was taken by distributing questionnaires on Google Form link via online media. The number of respondents is 103 respondents who live in Malang city. This research utilized the Mc Nemar test to examine perceptions change and health protocols compliance on respondents using a 95% degree of confidence, α = 0.05, significant if p < 0.05. The results showed that there was no significant change in survivors' perceptions with p 0.125, and increased compliance by survivors to health protocols with p <0.001. In conclusion, this research examined that the survivors’ perceptions insignificantly change before and after suffering from Covid-19, and survivors' health protocol compliance significantly increased before and after suffering from Covid-19.
