Abstract
Pendahuluan Terdapat banyak pililihan operasi definitif dari fraktur intertrokanter femur, PNFA-II merupakan terapi pilihan. Namun hasil keluaran klinis pasca operasi tetap harus dievaluasi. Nyeri dan kemampuan untuk aktivitas sehari-hari merupakan dua poin terpenting yang harus dievaluasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hasil keluaran klinis pasien - pasien yang menjalani operasi PFNA-II setelah mengalami fraktur intertrokanter femur. Metode Studi deskriptif ini mengevaluasi pasien dengan fraktur intertrokanter yang menjalani operasi PFNA-II pada periode Agustus 2020 - Agustus 2021 di RSUD Saiful Anwar. Evaluasi 1 tahun pasca operasi pasien dievaluasi menggunakan VAS score dan skor Parker mobility score. Hasil Total 33 pasien memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, 14 pasien adalah laki-laki dan lainnya perempuan. Lebih dari 75% total subjek berusia 50 tahun atau lebih. VAS score rata-rata pada laki-laki dan perempuan masing-masing, 0,21 dan 0,52. Sedangkan Parker mobility score pada laki-laki dan perempuan masing-masing, 7,57 dan 7,63. Kesimpulan Hasil evaluasi 1 tahun pasien-pasien dengan fraktur intertrokanter femur pasca operasi PFNA-II dengan menggunakanVAS score dan Parker mobility score menunjukan hasil keluaran klinis yang baik.
English Abstract
Introduction Definitive surgery for femoral intertrochanter fracture has several choices. PFNA-II is usually chosen for this type of fracture. However, clinical outcome evaluation is necessary to be checked after the surgery. Pain and capability to do daily activities are two of most important things to be evaluated. This study aims to describe clinical outcome in patients who had underwent PFNA-II surgery after femoral intertrochanter fracture. Methods This descriptive study used intertrochanter fracture patients in RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar who underwent PFNA-II surgery from August 2020 – August 2021. The VAS Score and Parker Mobility Score were evaluated on 1 year follow up after the surgery. Result There was a total of 33 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Fourteen of them were man and others were women. More than 75% of the total subject were 50 years old or more. The VAS Score mean in men and women were 0.21 and 0.52, respectively. Moreover, the Parker Mobility Score of the men and women were 7.57 and 7.63, respectively. Conclusion The Parker Mobility Score and VAS Score of patients who undergo PFNA-II surgery after 1 year of follow up shows that PFNA-II has a good clinical outcome for patients with Femoral Intertrochanter Fracture
