Abstract
CV. Pasific Harvest merupakan perusahaan Original Design Manufacturer atau ODM, yaitu perusahaan yang merancang dan memproduksi produk sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan pembeli untuk dijual kembali dengan merek dagang perusahaan itu sendiri, dimana fokusnya ada pada pembuatan produk makanan laut kalengan. CV. Pasific Harvest mengalami permasalahan berupa keterlambatan pengiriman kaleng oleh supplier sehingga perusahaan ingin melakukan evaluasi melalui penilaian kinerja supplier untuk perbaikan kinerja supplier dan penentuan alokasi order kaleng kepada supplier. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan kriteria yang digunakan perusahaan dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja supplier, melakukan penilaian kinerja supplier berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, dan melakukan penentuan alokasi order berdasarkan hasil penilaian kinerja supplier. Penelitian ini diawali dengan mengidentifikasi kriteria dan subkriteria yang digunakan perusahaan dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja supplier. Kemudian, melakukan perhitungan bobot kriteria dan subkriteria dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process berdasarkan kuisioner perbandingan berpasangan dengan skala 1-9. Langkah kedua, melakukan penilaian kinerja supplier dengan metode Objective Matrix berdasarkan data historis perusahaan dan kuisioner penilaian kinerja supplier dengan skala 1-5. Langkah ketiga, melakukan penentuan alokasi order kaleng dengan metode Goal Programming berdasarkan hasil penilaian kinerja supplier dan beberapa pertimbangan lain, seperti harga penawaran, ketepatan waktu dan jumlah pengiriman, serta lama pemenuhan pesanan masing-masing supplier. Penelitian ini diakhiri dengan melakukan analisis sensitivas untuk mengetahui adanya perubahan alokasi order kaleng kepada supplier apabila terjadi perubahan harga dan jumlah permintaan sebesar 10%. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya 8 kriteria dan 13 subkriteria terpilih yang digunakan perusahaan dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja supplier. Hasil perhitungan bobot dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process menunjukkan urutan kriteria dengan bobot tertinggi hingga terendah adalah kualitas, pengiriman, kemampuan teknis, harga, garansi dan kebijakan klaim, layanan keluhan, sistem komunikasi, serta posisi dan reputasi perusahaan. Hasil penilaian kinerja supplier dengan metode Objective Matrix menunjukkan urutan kinerja supplier dengan nilai tertinggi hingga terendah adalah Supplier A sebesar 5.993, Supplier B sebesar 5.780, dan Supplier C sebesar 5.392. Hasil penentuan alokasi order kaleng dengan metode Goal Programming menunjukkan urutan alokasi order kaleng dengan jumlah tertinggi hingga terendah adalah Supplier B sebesar 1.377.000 buah, Supplier A sebesar 943.000 buah, dan Supplier C sebesar 920.000 buah.
English Abstract
CV. Pasific Harvest is an Original Design Manufacturer or ODM, a company that designs and manufactures a product as specified and eventually rebranded by another firm for sale, where the focus is manufactures of canned seafood products. CV. Pacific Harvest has a problem that is delays of tins delivery by suppliers. There for, The Company wants to evaluate their suppliers by supplier performance appraisal for improve performance and determine order allocation of tins. The objectives of this research is determine the criteria and subcriteria used to supplier performance appraisal by the company, determine the supplier performance appraisal based on predetermined criteria, and determine the order allocation of tins based on supplier performance appraisal results. This research begins by identify the criteria and subcriteria that is used in supplier performance appraisal by the company. Then, weighting the criteria and subcriteria by Analytic Hierarchy Process method based on questionnaire of paired comparison within scale 1-9. The second step is calculating the supplier performance by Objective Matrix method based on historical data and questionnaire of supplier performance appraisal within scale 1-5. The third step is allocating the order of tins by Goal Programming method based on supplier performance appraisal result and other considerations, such as price, time and quantity of delivery, and length of order fulfillment by supplier. This research ends by sensitivity analysis that is used to know the change of order allocation of tins to suppliers by 10 % change of price and 10 % change of demand. The results of this research indicates 8 criterias and 13 subcriterias that is used in supplier performance appraisal by the company. The weighting results by Analytic Hierarchy Process method shows criteria from highest to lowest weight is quality, delivery, technical capability, price, warranty and claim policy, complaint service, communication system, and reputation and position in industry. The calculating results by Objective Matrix method shows supplier performance from highest to lowest value is Supplier A of 5.993, Supplier B of 5.780, and Supplier C of 5.392. The allocating results by Goal Programming method shows order allocation of tins from highest to lowest is Supplier B of 1.377.000 pieces, Supplier A of 943.000 pieces, and Supplier C of 920.000 pieces.
