Abstract

Salah satu ciri kegiatan budidaya tambak intensif udang vannamei adalah menumpuknya substansi pencemar seperti padat tebar dan pakan yang diberikan tinggi, dampak yang ditimbulkan dengan berjalannya waktu akan terjadi akumulasi bahan organik didasar tambak. Degradasi bahan organik pada tambak dapat dilihat dari kondisi kualitas air dan kesehatan udang vannamei. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengkaji status degradasi bahan organik yang dilihat dari kualitas air dan kondisi kesehatan udang vannamei (Litopenaeus vannamei) ditambak intensif udang vannamei CV TTB Pasuruan Jawa Timur. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2021 – Februari 2022. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan analisis data secara deskriptif. Penentuan stasiun pengamatan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan selama 8 kali dengan rentang waktu dua minggu sekali. Parameter kualitas air meliputi DO (Dissolved Oxygen), pH, suhu, kecerahan, salinitas, TSS (Total Suspended Solid), TDS (Total Dissolve Solid), BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand), TOM (Total Organic Matter) , amonia, nitrit, nitrat, dan fosfat. Penghitungan laju pertumbuhan, tingkat kelangsungan hidup dan parameter kesehatan udang dilihat dari profil hemosit. Setelah memperoleh data parameter kualitas air, kelulushidupan udang vannamei, data pertumbuhan udang vannamei, dianalisis secara deskriptif, selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian untuk melihat interaksi parameter kualitas air dengan menggunakan analisis PCA (Principal Component Analysis). Analisis CCA (Canonical Correlation Analysis) Analisis ini digunakan untuk melihat hubungan parameter kualitas air dengan kesehatan udang. Analisis regresi korelasi untuk melihat antara hubungan kualitas air dengan pertumbuhan udang. Hasil penelitian kualitas air yaitu suhu sebesar 27,80C, salinitas sebesar 24,8 ppt, Kecerahan sebesar 39 cm, pH sebesar 7,8 ,DO sebesar 5,45 mg/l, TSS sebesar 0,33 mg/l, TDS sebesar 15,616 mg/l, TOM sebesar 38,41 mg/l, BOD sebesar 27,32 mg/l, fosfat sebesar 0,928 mg/l, amonia sebesar 0,055 mg/l nitrat sebesar 0,0334 mg/l, nitrit sebesar 0,0335 Berdasarkan hasil tersebut didapatkan bahwa parameter yang sudah melebihi baku mutu kualitas air berdasarkan Kepemen Nomor 28 Tahun 2004 yaitu Nitrit, BOD, TOM dan Fosfat. Berdasarkan hasil pertumbuhan menunjukkan bahwa pertambahan panjang udang vannamei mengalami pertambahan seiring berlangsungnya waktu pemeliharaan. Pada kelangsunganhidup persentase P12 sebesar 81%, P9 sebesar 72 % dan P6 sebesar 92% Hasil tingkat kelulushidupan dikategorikan baik. Analisis data PCA (Principal Component Analysis), parameter yang paling berpengaruh pada tingkat kualitas air secara keseluruhan dari semua petak tambak yaitu parameter fosfat. Sedangkan analisis CCA (Canonical Correlation Analysis) menunjukkan hasil adanya pengaruh antara kualitas air terhadap kesehatan udang. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa tambak intensif udang vannamei CV TTB sudah tergolong kedalam kategori tercemar sedang dengan parameter yang melebihi baku mutu yaitu Nitrit, BOD, TOM dan Fosfat. Berdasarkan hasil pertumbuhan menunjukkan bahwa pertambahan panjang dan berat udang mengalami pertambahan seiring berlangsungnya waktu pemeliharaan. dan kelangsungan hidup udang vannamei pada petak 12 sebesar 81% petak 9 sebesar 72% petak 6 sebesar 92%. Hasil tingkat kelangsungan hidup dikategorikan baik. Sedangkan analisis PCA kualitas air yang berpengaruh yaitu fosfat, sedangkan analisis CCA menunjukkan hasil adanya pengaruh antara kualitas air terhadap kesehatan udang. Saran yang perlu diberikan pada penelitian ini yaitu perlu adanya evaluasi dalam mengontrol kualitas air tambak dikarenakan didapatkan hasil penelitian mengenai status degradasi bahan organik di tambak tersebut yaitu tercemar berat. Evaluasi tersebut bertujuan agar didapatkan hasil udang yang bagus untuk siklus budidaya sistem intensif selanjutnya.

English Abstract

One of the characteristics of intensive vannamei shrimp aquaculture activities is the accumulation of pollutant substances such as stocking density and high feed given, the impact caused by the passage of time will be accumulation of organic matter at the bottom of the pond. Degradation of organic matter in ponds can be seen from the condition of water quality and health of vannamei shrimp. This study aims to analyze and assess the status of organic matter degradation in terms of water quality and health condition of vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) in intensive vannamei shrimp ponds at CV TTB Pasuruan, East Java. The research was conducted in October 2021–February 2022. The method used was a survey method with descriptive data analysis. Determination of observation stations using purposive sampling method. Sampling was carried out 8 times with a span of once every two weeks. Water quality parameters include DO (Dissolved Oxygen), pH, temperature, brightness, salinity, TSS (Total Suspended Solid), TDS (Total Dissolve Solid), BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand), TOM (Total Organic Matter), ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and phosphate. Calculation of growth rate, survival rate and shrimp health parameters seen from the haemocyte profile. After obtaining water quality parameter data, vannamei shrimp survival, and vannamei shrimp growth data, they were analyzed descriptively, then tested to see the interaction of water quality parameters using PCA (Principal Component Analysis) analysis. CCA Analysis (Canonical Correlation Analysis) This analysis is used to see the relationship between water quality parameters and shrimp health. Correlation regression analysis to see the relationship between water quality and shrimp growth. The results of the research on water quality are temperature of 27.80C, salinity of 24.8 ppt, brightness of 39 cm, pH of 7.8, DO of 5.45 mg/l, TSS of 0.33 mg/l, TDS of 15,616 mg/l, TOM of 38.41 mg/l, BOD of 27.32 mg/l, phosphate of 0.928 mg/l, ammonia of 0.055 mg/l of nitrate 0.0334 mg/l, nitrite of 0.0335 Based on The results show that the parameters that have exceeded the water quality standard based on the Ministry of Agriculture Number 28 of 2004 are Nitrite, BOD, TOM and Phosphate. Based on the results of the growth showed that the length of the vannamei shrimp increased with time of rearing. The percentage of survival for P12 is 81%, P9 is 72% and P6 is 92%. The results of the survival rate are categorized as good. Analysis of PCA (Principal Component Analysis) data, the most influential parameter on the overall water quality level of all pond plots is the phosphate parameter. While the CCA (Canonical Correlation Analysis) analysis showed that there was an influence between water quality on shrimp health. The conclusion of this study is that intensive vannamei shrimp ponds CV TTB are classified as moderately polluted with parameters that exceed the quality standard, namely Nitrite, BOD, TOM and Phosphate. Based on the results of the growth showed that the length and weight of the shrimp increased over time. and the survival of vannamei shrimp in plot 12 was 81%, plot 9 was 72%, plot 6 was 92%. The results of the survival rate are categorized as good. While the PCA analysis of water quality that has an effect is phosphate, while the CCA analysis shows the effect of water quality on shrimp health. Suggestions that need to be given in this study are the need for an evaluation in controlling the quality of pond water because the results of research on the status of the degradation of organic matter in the pond are heavily polluted. The evaluation aims to obtain good shrimp yields for the next intensive system cultivation cycle.
