Abstract
Komoditas utama tanaman pangan yang dibudidayakan di Indonesia adalah tanaman padi, namun produktivitas padi di Indonesia mengalami penurunan. Faktor yang menyebabkan penurunan produktivitas padi adalah alih fungsi lahan yang terus meningkat dan pemupukan yang tidak berimbang. Upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman padi yaitu dengan cara aplikasi kombinasi pupuk anorganik dan pupuk hayati secara imbang. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mempelajari pengaruh aplikasi kombinasi pupuk anorganik dan pupuk hayati terhadap beberapa karakteristik kimia tanah (pH H! O dan KCl, N, P, K, C-organik), bakteri total tanah, dan pertumbuhan serta produksi tanaman padi di lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian, Keluruhan Jatimulyo, Kota Malang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2021 – Januari 2022 di Lahan Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Brawijaya, Kelurahan Jatimulyo Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Kota Malang. Metode rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 8 (delapan) perlakuan dan 3 (tiga) ulangan yang berukuran masing-masing petak lahan penelitian sebesar 5,4 m x 2,5 m . Perlakuan penelitian antara lain T0: kontrol, T1: 100% pupuk anorganik dasar, T2: 75% pupuk anorganik dasar + 50% pupuk hayati, T3: 75% pupuk anorganik dasar + 100% pupuk hayati, T4: 75% pupuk anorganik dasar + 150% pupuk hayati, T5: 50% pupuk anorganik dasar + 50% hayati, T6: 50% pupuk anorganik dasar + 100% hayati, dan T7: 50% pupuk anorganik dasar + 150% pupuk hayati. Variabel pengamatan meliputi bakteri total tanah, pH H! O, pH KCl, C-organik, N-total, P- tersedia, K-dd, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, bobot biomassa, dan berat gabah kering panen. Data pengamatan yang diperoleh dilakukan uji Shapiro- Wilk’s untuk mengetahui normalitas data kemudian di analisis menggunakan analisis sidik ragam ANOVA (Uji F) taraf 5%. Selanjutnya apabila terdapat interaksi antar perlakuan, dilanjutkan uji lanjut DMRT taraf 5% untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar perlakuan kemudian dilakukan analisis korelasi dan regresi. Aplikasi pupuk hayati dan anorganik dengan uji sidik ragam (ANOVA) menunjukkan pengaruh nyata (p≤0,05) terhadap karakteristik kimia seperti pH H 2 O, pH KCl, dan P-tersedia serta bakteri total tanah. Demikian pula, parameter pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman padi meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, bobot biomassa, gabah kering giling panen menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata. Terdapat hubungan erat dan positif antara bakteri total tanah, pH H 2 O, P-tersedia dan jumlah anakan. Hasil pertumbuhan dan produksi tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan T3 (75% pupuk anorganik dasar + 100% pupuk hayati) sehingga kombinasi dosis tersebut merupakan dosis terbaik.
English Abstract
The main commodity of food crops cultivated in Indonesia is rice, but rice productivity in Indonesia has decreased. Factors that cause a decrease in rice productivity are land conversion that continues to increase and unbalanced fertilization. Efforts to increase rice yields are by applying a combination of inorganic fertilizers and biological fertilizers. Otherwise, this study focused on studying the effect of the application of a combination of inorganic fertilizers and biological fertilizers on several soil chemical characteristics (pH H! O dan KCl, N, P, K, C-organik), total soil bacteria, and growth and production of rice plants in the experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jatimulyo District, Malang City. The research was conducted from September 2021 – January 2022 at the Experimental Land of the Faculty of Agriculture of Brawijaya University, Jatimulyo Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City. The study design method uses Random Block Design (RBD) with 8 treatments and 3 replications. The research treatments consist of T0: control, T1: 100% basic anorganic fertilizer, T2: 75% basic anorganic fertilizer + 50% biological fertilizer, T3: 75% basic fertilizer + 100% biological fertilizer, T4: 75% basic anorganic fertilizer + 150% biological fertilizer, T5: 50% basic anorganic fertilizer + 50% biological fertilizer, T6: 50% basic anorganic fertilizer + 100% biological fertilizer, and T7: 50% basic anorganic fertilizer + 150% biological fertilizer. Observation variables include total soil bacteria, pH H 2 O, pH KCl, C-organic, N-total, P-available, K-dd, plant height, number of leaves, number of children, weight of biomass, weight of crop dry grains. The observation data obtained by the Shapiro-Wilk's test to determine the normality of the data were then analyzed using ANOVA (Uji F 5%) variety print analysis. Furthermore, if there is significant difference among treatments, it is followed by a 5% DMRT test to determine if the treatments are real, and then a correlation and regression analysis is performed. Application of biological and inorganic fertilizers with variance test (ANOVA) showed a significant effect (p≤0.05) on chemical characteristics parameters such as pH H 2 O, pH KCl, available P and total soil bacteria. Similarly, parameters of plant growth during the vegetative phase at 56 DAP (Days After Planting) and production of rice including plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, weight of biomass, and milled dry grain harvested have a significant effect. Based on correlation and regression tests, there was a positive relationship (p≥0.05) between total soil bacteria, available P, and number of tillers. There was a similar relationship between total soil bacteria, pH H! O, and available P. Based on this research, the best combination fertilizer is T3 (75% basic anorganic fertilizer + 100% biological fertilizer
