Abstract

Rencana pola ruang RTRW Kabupaten Karawang tahun 2011-2031 menyatakan bahwa 11% lahan Kabupaten Karawang dialokasikan menjadi kawasan yang bernotabene lahan terbangun. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kebersihan Kabupaten Karawang, dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun suhu udara rata-rata tahunan di Kabupaten Karawang mengalami kenaikan. Pola tutupan lahan di lansekap perkotaan berpotensi mempengaruhi suhu permukaan. Karena tingginya alih fungsi lahan dan meningkatnya suhu di Kabupaten Karawang, maka diperlukan penelitian untuk mengkaji dinamika distribusi tutupan lahan dan suhu permukaan di Kawasan Perkotaan Karawang dan perubahannya. Persebaran tutupan lahan dan suhu permukaan didapat melalui pengolahan data citra satelit Landsat 7 pada tahun 2010 dan Landsat 8 pada tahun 2020. Klasifikasi tutupan lahan dilakukan secara terbimbing dengan algoritma maximum likelihood, dan nilai suhu permukaan diperoleh dari band termal citra Landsat. Selanjutnya dilakukan permodelan analisis regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh tutupan lahan terhadap suhu permukaan di Kawasan Perkotaan Karawang. Pada periode antara tahun 2010 dan 2020, perubahan tutupan lahan yang cukup signifikan diantaranya vegetasi 2 menjadi vegetasi 1 serta vegetasi 2 menjadi lahan terbangun. Lahan pada kelompok suhu permukaan 27-28oC dan 29-30oC mengalami penurunan luas, kelompok suhu tinggi cenderung mengalami kenaikan. Berdasarkan model regresi yang dihasilkan, suhu permukaan di Kawasan Perkotaan Karawang secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh empat jenis tutupan lahan. Badan air dan vegetasi 1 berperan dalam menurunkan nilai suhu permukaan. Sebaliknya, lahan terbangun dan lahan terbuka dapat meningkatkan nilai suhu permukaan.

English Abstract

The spatial pattern from RTRW of Karawang Regency states that 11% of Karawang Regency's land is allocated as an area that is marked as built-up land. Based on data from The Environment Service of Karawang Regency, within 10 years the annual average air temperature in Karawang Regency has increased. Land cover patterns in urban landscapes have the potential to affect land surface temperature. Due to the high land cover change and increasing temperature in Karawang Regency, research is needed to study the dynamics of land cover distribution and surface temperature in the Karawang Urban Area and its changes. Land cover distribution and surface temperature were obtained by processing Landsat 7 satellite image data in 2010 and Landsat 8 in 2020. Land cover was classified using supervised classification method with maximum likelihood algorithm, and land surface temperature values were obtained from Landsat image thermal bands. Furthermore, regression analysis modeling was carried out to determine the effect of land cover on land surface temperature in the Karawang Urban Area. In the period between 2010 and 2020, there were significant changes in land cover, including vegetation 2 to vegetation 1 and vegetation 2 become built-up land. Land in the surface temperature group of 27-28oC and 29-30oC experienced a decrease in area, the high temperature group tended to increase. Based on the regression model, land surface temperature in the Karawang Urban Area is significantly influenced by four types of land cover. Water bodies and vegetation 1 play a role in lowering land surface temperature values. Conversely, built-up land and open land can increase land surface temperature values.
