Abstract
Program Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L) merupakan program lanjutan dari program Kawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari (KRPL) yang baru berjalan kurang lebih 1 tahun guna memperluas penerima manfaat dan pengunaan lahan. Pada program program P2L terdapat penambahan kegiatan berupa kegiatan penanganan pasca panen. Program P2L diikuti oleh Kelompok Wanita Tani, salah satunya adalah KWT Mentari. Kelompok wanita tani mentari juga merupakan kelompok wanita tani yang baru terbentuk. Dalam menjalankan suatu kegiatan kelompok diperluakan adanya modal sosial seperti kepercayaa, jaringan sosial dan norma. Pada Kelompok wanita tani mentari yang baru terbentuk satu tahun, belum terdapat peraturan tertulis dan para anggota baru pertama kali pula mengikuti program seperti P2L ini. Selain itu, adanya pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan terbatasnya interaksi antar sesama anggota serta para stakeholder yang terkait pada program P2L. Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh modal sosial terhadap tingkat patisipasi anggota kelompok wanita tani mentari di Desa Trawas berdasarkan 4 indikator partisipasi yaitu perencanaa, pelaksanaan, pengambilan manfaat dan evaluasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengidentifikasi modal sosial yang dimiliki oleh anggota kelompok wanita tani mentari, (2) mengidentifikasi tingkat partisipasi anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani mentari, (3) menganalisis pengaruh modal sosial terhadap tingkat partisipasi anggota kelompok wanita tani mentari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriftif dan analisis regresi sederhana. Penentuan lokasi penelitian secara sengaja dan dilakukan pada bulan November-Desember 2021. Jumlah responden sebanyak 30 anggota KWT yang ditentukan dengan teknik sensus. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu kondisi modal sosial anggota kelompok wanita tani mentari termasuk kriteria baik dengan skor 46,42 dari totoal skor 60. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi unsur modal sosial terbaik yaitu pada unsur kepercayaan dengan skor 17,76. Dan tingkat partisipasi anggota kelompok wanita tani paling besar pada tahap pelaksanaan. Pandemi covid-19 mempengaruhi modal sosial serta partisipasi anggota dalam menjalankan kegiatan P2L. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa modal sosial mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi sebesar 35,9% dan sisanya dipengar uhi oleh variabel di luar model.
English Abstract
The Sustainable Food Garden Program (P2L) is a continuation program of the Sustainable Food House Area (KRPL) program which has only been running for about 1 year to expand beneficiaries and land use. In the P2L program there are additional activities in the form of post-harvest handling activities. The P2L program was participated by the Women Farmers Group, one of which was KWT Mentari. Mentari women farmer group is also a newly formed women farmer group. In carrying out a group activity, it is necessary to have social capital such as trust, social networks and norms. In the Mentari Women's Farmer's Group, which has only been formed for one year, there are no written regulations and it's the first time that new members join a program like this P2L. In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused limited interaction between fellow members and stakeholders involved in the P2L program. This study discusses the effect of social capital on the level of participation of members of the Mentari women farmer group in Trawas Village based on 4 participation indicators, namely planning, implementation, benefit-taking and evaluation. The aims of this study are (1) to identify the social capital owned by members of the Mentari Women's Farmer's Group, (2) to identify the level of participation of members of the Mentari Women's Farmer Group, (3) to analyze the effect of social capital on the participation rate of members of the Mentari Women's Farmer Group. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is descriptive and simple regression analysis. The location of the research was determined intentionally and was carried out in November-December 2021. The number of respondents was 30 women's farmer group members who were determined by the census technique. Methods of data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are the condition of the social capital of members of the Mentari women farmer group including good criteria with a score of 46.42 out of a total score of 60. Based on the results of the identification of the best element of social capital, namely the element of trust with a score of 17.76. And the highest level of participation of women farmer groups is at the implementation stage. The COVID-19 pandemic affects social capital and member participation in carrying out P2L activities. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that social capital affects the participation rate by 35.9% and the rest is influenced by variables outside the model
