Abstract
Permukiman tradisional sangat identik dengan budaya dan tradisi dari masyarakat masing – masing daerah setempat. Permukiman tradisional pada umumnya memiliki pola serta terdapat aturan – aturan ayng diterapkan hingga saat ini. Tatanan rumah pada permukimannya sesuai dengan budaya dan tradisi setempat, salah satunya dalam hal orientasi serta mengikuti pola kontur. Pola dan tatanan orientasi rumah tradisional setempat terdapat pada permukiman di Dusun Limbungan, namun orientasi rumah tradisional Suku Sasak (bale tani) dan panteq mengarah ke timur serta mengikuti arah kontur dari permukimannya. Permukiman Dusun Limbungan merupakan permukiman yang berada di wilayah topografi perbukitan yang cukup tinggi. Pola permukiman di dusun ini pada umumnya linier yang membentuk kelompok – kelompok permukiman yang mengikuti sirkulasi dari kontur. Terdapat tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui serta menjelaskan karateristik orientasi dari permukiman tradisional Suku Sasak di Dusun Limbungan, berdasarkan dari pendekatan tradisi masyarakat dan aturan – aturan adat. Metodelogi penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif analisis deskriftif dengan teknik analisis komparatif terhadap beberapa permukiman Dusun Limbungan Barat dan Dusun Limbungan Timur. Hasil penelitian pada Dusun Limbungan dapat menunjukkan bahwa dasar munculnya orientasi bale tani yang menghadap timur dan mengikuti kontur yaitu konsepan yang telah di lakukan sama nenek moyang ataupun leluhur dikarenakan arah timur sangat baik untuk dapat menolak kejahatan dan bala’. Rumah yang berada pada topografi perbukitan umumnya akan berorientasi kearah tanah yang tinggi dan menurun, bale tani langsung berada di bawah aliran kaki Gunung Rinjani.
English Abstract
Traditional settlements are very synonymous with the culture and traditions of the community each local area. Traditional settlements generally have patterns as well There are rules that have been applied to date. The arrangement of the house in the settlement in accordance with local culture and traditions, one of which is in terms of orientation and following contour pattern. Patterns and orientation arrangements of local traditional houses are found in settlements in Limbungan Hamlet, but the orientation of traditional Sasak houses (bale tani) and panteq to the east and follow the contours of the settlement. Dusun Settlement Limbungan is a settlement located in a fairly hilly topographic area tall. The settlement pattern in this dusun is generally linear which forms groups – settlement groups that follow the circulation of the contour. There is a purpose of this research is to know and explain the orientation characteristics of traditional settlements The Sasak tribe in Limbungan Hamlet, based on the approach of community traditions and rules – custom rules. The research methodology uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis comparative analysis technique of several settlements of West Limbungan Hamlet and Dusun East Link. The results of research on Limbungan Hamlet can show that the basis the appearance of bale tani orientation facing east and following the contours is the concept which has been done by the ancestors or ancestors because the east direction is very good to be able to resist evil and bala'. The house is in a hilly topography generally will be oriented towards high and descending land, the farmer's bale is directly located under the foot stream of Mount Rinjani.
