Abstract
Perilaku merupakan hasil dari segala macam pengalaman serta interaksi seseorang dengan lingkungan yang terwujud dalam bentuk pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan yang merupakan respon atau reaksi seseorang individu terhadap rangsangan yang berasal dari dalam maupun dari luar dirinya, seperti metode penyuluhan dan karakteristik inovasi itu sendiri. Perubahan perilaku petani dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang berbeda-beda, salah satunya diduga dipengaruhi oleh faktor dari dalam diri petani yaitu pengalaman berusahatani dan faktor dari luar yaitu frekuensi mengikuti penyuluhan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, salah satu pendekatan untuk melihat penggunaan teknologi combine harvester saat panen adalah dengan mengkaji perilaku petani padi yang diduga terbentuk karena beberapa faktor diantaranya umur, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman berusahatani, luas area lahan, dan frekuensi mengikuti penyuluhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui perilaku petani padi terhadap penggunaan teknologi combine harvester saat panen di Desa Sambongrejo Kecamatan Sumberrejo Kabupaten Bojonegoro (2) Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku petani terhadap penggunaan teknologi combine harvester saat panen di Desa Sambongrejo Kecamatan Sumberrejo Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 petani. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui perilaku petani dan metode analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku petani padi terhadap penggunaan teknologi combine harvester saat panen di Desa Sambongrejo Kecamatan Sumberrejo Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku petani terhadap penggunaan teknologi combine harvester di Desa Sambongrejo yang diukur berdasarkan tiga indikator yaitu pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,93. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku petani padi terhadap penggunaan teknologi combine harvester saat panen di Desa Sambongrejo adalah umur, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman berusahatani, luas area lahan, dan frekuensi mengikuti penyuluhan memiliki pengaruh nyata dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 79,5%, sedangkan 20,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai Fhitung diperoleh 46,821 lebih besar daripada Ftabel 2,39 pada taraf kepercayaan 95%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang diujikan secara simultan berpengaruh nyata terhadap perilaku petani padi terhadap penggunaan teknologi combine harvester saat panen di Desa Sambongrejo.
English Abstract
Behavior is the result of all kinds of experiences and interactions of a person with the environment that manifest in the form of knowledge, attitudes, and actions that are the responses or reactions of a person to stimuli that come from within or outside himself, such as the method of counseling and the characteristics of the innovation itself. Changes in farmers' behavior are influenced by different factors, one of which is thought to be influenced by factors from within the farmer, namely the experience of farming, and factors from outside, namely the frequency of participating in counseling. Based on these problems, one approach to see the use of combined harvester technology during harvest is to examine the behavior of rice farmers which are suspected to be formed due to several factors including age, level of education, the experience of farming, the area of the land area, and the frequency of following the counseling. This study aims to (1) Determine the behavior of rice farmers towards the use of combine harvester technology during harvest in Sambongrejo Village, Sumberrejo District, Bojonegoro Regency (2) Analyze the factors that affect farmers' behavior towards the use of combine harvester technology during harvest in Sambongrejo Village, Sumberrejo District, Bojonegoro Regency. This research uses a quantitative research approach. Sample determination was carried out using the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 60 farmers. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive analysis to determine farmer behavior and multiple linear regression analysis methods to find out the factors that influence the behavior of rice farmers against the use of combine harvester technology during harvest in Sambongrejo Village, Sumberrejo District, Bojonegoro Regency. The results of this study show that farmers' behavior towards the use of combined harvester technology in Sambongrejo Village which is measured based on three indicators, namely knowledge, attitudes, and skills are included in high criteria with an average score of 3.93. Factors that influence the behavior of rice farmers towards the use of combine harvester technology when harvesting in Sambongrejo Village are age, level of education, farming experience, area land area, and the frequency of participating in counseling had a real and significant influence on a coefficient of determination value of 79,5%%, while 20,5% was influenced by other factors that were not studied. The results of the F test showed that the F value was obtained 46,821 greater than the F table 2.39 at a confidence level of 95%, so it can be concluded that the factors tested simultaneously had a real influence on the behavior of rice farmers toward the use of combine harvester technology during harvest in Sambongrejo Village.
