Abstract

Pekerjaan struktur beton adalah pekerjaan yang paling penting dalam sebuah proyek konstruksi rumah susun. Kerusakan struktur beton biasa terjadi pada struktur kolom, balok, pelat dan dinding beton. Penyebab kerusakan struktur beton biasanya terjadi pada saat sebelum atau sesudah beton mengeras. Untuk faktor penyebab kerusakan ada banyak, bisa karena faktor pembebanan, faktor perencanaan, faktor pelaksanaan, atau faktor pemeliharaan. Kerusakan beton ini akan mengakibatkan adanya perbaikan atau pekerjaan repair dan bisa berdampak pada mutu. Sehingga diperlukan pengendalian mutu untuk menjaga mutu dari struktur beton pada suatu proyek konstruksi. Untuk mengkontrol mutu suatu pekerjaan struktur beton pada proyek Rumah Susun di Kediri ini dibutuhkan suatu metode untuk menganalisinya. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode (Importance Performance Analysis) IPA, Diagram Pareto, dan metode Bayes. Metode IPA berfungsi untuk menganalisis tingkat kepentingan dan penerapan sistem manajemen mutu pada proyek Rumah Susun di Kediri. Hasil dari analisis metode IPA ini didapatkan bahwa terdapat (sepuluh) 10 item yang masuk dalam kuadran 2 yg berarti tingkat kepentinganya tinggi namun penerapannya rendah sehingga diperlukan rekomendasi untuk memperbaiki hal tersebut. Kemudian pada diagram pareto menunjukkan bawa terdapat (tujuh) 7 faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi mutu pelaksanaan pekerjaan struktur beton pada proyek Rumah Susun ini dan harus diprioritaskan untuk diperbaiki. Serta metode Bayes yang berfungsi untuk mengevaluasi kinerja penerapan sistem manajemen mutu pada proyek Rumah Susun di Kediri ini mendapatkan hasil yaitu dari (tujuh) prinsip ISO 9001 yang digunakan dasar evaluasi didapatkan (satu) 1 prinsip yang mendapatkan penilaian tidak baik yaitu pendekatan proses dan diperlukan rekomendasi untuk memperbaikinya. Namun untuk hasil evaluasi kinerja total sudah mendapat penilaian baik.

Damage to concrete structures commonly occurs in columns, beams, slabs and concrete walls. The cause of damage to concrete structures usually occurs before or after the concrete hardens. There are many factors that cause damage, it could be due to loading factors, planning factors, implementation factors, or maintenance factors. This concrete damage will result in repairs or repair work and can have an impact on quality. So that quality control is needed to maintain the quality of concrete structures in a construction project. To control the quality of a concrete structure work on the Flats project in Kediri, a method is needed to analyze it. In this research, IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method, Pareto diagram, and Bayes method were used. The IPA method serves to analyze the level of importance and implementation of the quality management system in the Flats project in Kediri. The results of the analysis of the IPA method found that there were (ten) 10 items that were included in quadrant 2 which means the level of importance is high but the application is low so recommendations are needed to improve this. Then the pareto diagram shows that there are (seven) 7 dominant factors that affect the quality of the implementation of concrete structure work in this Flats project and must be prioritized for improvement. As well as the Bayes method which serves to evaluate the performance of the implementation of the quality management system in the Flats project in Kediri, the results are that from (seven) ISO 9001 principles used as the basis for the evaluation, (one) 1 principle gets a bad assessment, namely the process approach and recommendations are needed to fix it. However, the results of the total performance evaluation have received a good rating.
