Abstract
Sayuran adalah salah satu jenis dari komoditas hortikultura dengan tingkat perkembangan yang pesat di Indonesia. Salah satu jenis tanaman sayuran yang memiliki tingkat keekonomisan yang tinggi dan banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat luas adalah pakcoy. Kebutuhan tanaman pakcoy sendiri di Indonesia terus meningkat tiap tahunnya. Namun dalam perkembangannya, masih ditemukan permasalahan lapangan seperti pencahayaan yang kurang dan penggunaan media tanam dalam pembudidayaan sawi pakcoy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perlakuan penyinaran jarak lampu LED grow light dan variasi penggunaan media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan produktivitas tanaman pakcoy (Brassica Rapa L.) Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 2 faktor perlakuan dan 3 kali pengulangan. Faktor pertama yaitu jarak penyinaran lampu, terdiri dari M1 (20 cm), M2 (25 cm), M3 (30 cm), M4 (35 cm), dan M5 (40 cm). Faktor kedua adalah variasi media tanam, terdiri dari T1 (rockwool), T2 (spons), dan T3 (cocofiber). Parameter yang diamati dalam peneliti ini yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat basah tanaman, luas daun tanaman, dan indeks kehijauan daun. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan pengujian ANOVA pada taraf nyata 5% dengan pengujian lanjut Uji BNT dan Uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan data tertinggi pada tinggi tanaman pada perlakuan T1M2 sebesar 7.62 cm, jumlah daun pada perlakuan T1M1 sebesar 5.52, berat basah tanaman pada perlakuan T1M1 sebesar 13.17 gram, luas daun tanaman pada perlakuan T1M1 sebesar 19.51 cm², dan indeks kehijauan pada perlakuan T1M2 sebesar 29.13 unit. Perlakuan jarak penyinaran berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, berat basah tanaman, luas daun, dan indeks kehijauan. Sementara perlakuan variasi media tanam berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap berat basah tanaman dan luas daun tanaman.
English Abstract
Vegetables are one type of horticultural commodity with a rapid development rate in Indonesia. One type of vegetable plant that has a high economic level and is widely consumed by the wider community is pakcoy. The need for pakcoy itself in Indonesia continues to increase every year. However, in its development, field problems are still found, such as insufficient lighting and the use of planting media in the cultivation of mustard greens. This study aims to analyze the effect of the LED grow light distance irradiation treatment and variations in the use of planting media on the growth and productivity of pakcoy (Brassica Rapa L.) This study used a randomized block design with 2 treatment factors and 3 repetitions. The first factor is the lighting distance, consisting of M1 (20 cm), M2 (25 cm), M3 (30 cm), M4 (35 cm), and M5 (40 cm). The second factor is the variety of planting media, consisting of T1 (rockwool), T2 (sponge), and T3 (cocofiber). The parameters observed in this study were plant height, number of leaves, plant wet weight, plant leaf area, and leaf greenness index. The research data were analyzed using ANOVA testing at a significance level of 5% with further testing of the BNT test and Duncan test. The results of this study obtained the highest data on plant height in T1M2 treatment of 7.62 cm, number of leaves in T1M1 treatment of 5.52, wet weight of plants in T1M1 treatment of 13.17 grams, plant leaf area in T1M1 treatment of 19.51 cm², and greenish index in T1M2 treatment. of 29.13 units. Radiation distance treatment had a very significant effect on plant height, plant wet weight, leaf area, and greenness index. Meanwhile, the variation of planting media had a very significant effect on the wet weight of the plant and the leaf area of the plant.
