Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh entrepreneurial orientation, absortive capability, networking capability terhadap marketing performance; menguji pengaruh entrepreneurial orientation terhadap marketing peformance yang dimediasi oleh absortive capability dan networking capability. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 140 pemilik UKM pemilik keripik tempe di Sentra Industri Sanan Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial orientation berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap marketing peformance; entrepreneurial orientation memiliki pengaruh positif langsung terhadap absortive capability; entrepreneurial orientation berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap networking capability; absortive capability memiliki hubungan positif langsung pada marketing peformance; networking capability memiliki dampak positif langsung berpengaruh pada marketing peformance; entrepreneurial orientation berpengaruh positif terhadap marketing peformance melalui absortive capability; entrepreneurial orientation berpengaruh positif terhadap marketing peformance melalui networking capability. English Abstract

The objectives of this research are to analyze the effects of entrepreneurial orientation, absorptive capability, and networking capability on marketing performance and to assess the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance with the mediation of absorptive capability and networking capability. Using purposive sampling technique, 140 owners of small and medium-sized Tempe chips business of Sanan Industrial Center in Malang were selected as the sample. The results of the Partial Least Squares data analysis indicate that entrepreneurial orientation has a direct and positive influence on marketing performance, that entrepreneurial orientation has a direct and positive influence on absorptive capability, and that entrepreneurial orientation has a direct and positive influence on networking capability. Furthermore, absorptive capability directly and positively affects marketing performance, while networking capability directly and positively influences marketing performance. In addition, entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance through the partial mediations of both absorptive and networking capabilities
