Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap turnover intention tenaga kesehatan Rumah Sakit X Kabupaten Mimika, Papua melalui mediasi komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sepuluh unit kerja di Rumah Sakit X Kabupaten Mimika, Papua. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 103 tenaga kesehatan. Analisis data menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural partial least square (SEM-PLS) dengan aplikasi Smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap turnover intention. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dan positif dukungan organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasional dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap turnover intention. Menariknya, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa komitmen organisasional tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap turnover intention.
English Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of organizational support and transformational leadership on the turnover intention of healthcare workers at Hospital X in Mimika regency of Papua province with the mediation of organizational commitment. This study was conducted on ten work units, from which 103 employees were selected as the respondents using saturated sampling. The data was harvested from questionnaires and semi-structured interviews and was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling in SmartPLS 3.0. This study finds that organizational support and transformational leadership have negative and significant effects on the turnover intention and positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, while organizational commitment negatively and significant affects turnover intention. Interestingly, organizational commitment does not mediate the effect of organizational support on the turnover intention.
