Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasional baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung atau melalui mediasi praktik manajemen pengetahuan. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian eksplanatori. Responden penelitian adalah karyawan bagian administrasi kantor, perusahaan industri hasil tembakau, dengan menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 164 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan data dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, namun gaya kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional. Praktik manajemen pengetahuan berperan sebagai variabel mediasi antara budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional (partial mediation) dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasional (complete mediation).
English Abstract
The objective of this research is to identify the direct effect of organizational culture and transformational leadership style on organizational commitment and their indirect effects through the mediation of knowledge management practices. The respondents of this explanatory research are 164 administrative employees of one of tobacco product industry, selected using total sampling. The data was harvested through questionnaires and analyzed using PLS-SEM. This study finds that organizational culture positively and significantly influences organizational commitment, that transformational leadership style does not influence organizational commitment, and that knowledge management practices partially mediate the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment and completely mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on organizational commitment
