Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh thematic cafe atmosphere dan perceived value terhadap behavioral intention dengan customer satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner online dalam pengumpulan datanya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 130 konsumen yang pernah mengunjungi minimal 1 kali industrial thematic cafe. Penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa thematic cafe atmosphere tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Namun perceived value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian mediasi, customer satisfaction mampu memediasi pengaruh thematic cafe atmosphere dan perceived value terhadap behavioral intention

English Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain and analyze the effects of thematic cafe atmosphere and perceived value on behavioral intention with customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. The data of this study was harvested through online questionnaires distributed to respondents selected from the population of 130 people using non probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique with the criteria of having visited industrial-themed café at least once. The results of the PLS-SEM data analysis have led to findings that, thematic café atmosphere does not significantly influence behavioral intention, that perceived value significantly affects behavioral intention, and that customer satisfaction mediates the effect of thematic cafe atmosphere and perceived value on behavioral intention.
