Abstract
Adanya COVID-19 gelombang II berdampak pada seluruh sektor sehingga menyebabkan penurunan pendapatan. Masyarakat yang mengalami penurunan pendapatan dikhawatirkan akan terjadi perubahan pola pengeluaran pangan dan non pangan serta pola konsumsi yang dapat merubah tingkat ketahanan pangan suatu daerah. Kelurahan Patihan Wetan yang berada di Kabupaten Ponorogo adalah salah satu daerah yang terdampak dari adanya COVID-19 ini, banyak masyarakatnya yang bekerja sebagai wiraswasta mengalami penurunan pendapatan danberdampak pada berubahnya pengeluaran rumah tangga. Selain itu Angka Kecukupan Energi Kabupaten Ponorogo juga masih belum memenuhi standart yaitu 2.150 kkal/kapita/hari sehingga dikhawatirkan akan berdampak pada ketahanan pangan di Kelurahan Patihan Wetan. Ketahanan pangan merupakan rumah tangga merupakan kemampuan untuk memenuhi pangan anggota keluarga baik dalam jumlah, mutu dan ragamnya sesuai dengan lingkungan serta sosial budaya setempat agar hidup sehat dan dapat melakukan kegiatan produktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) menganalisis tingkat ketahanan pangan rumah tangga berdasarkan proporsi pengeluaran pangan dan tingkat kecukupan energi (2) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketahanan pangan berdasarkan proporsi pengeluaran pangan. Pennetuan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive di Kelurahan Patihan Wetan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan rumus slovin untuk menntukan sampel dan diperoleh 43 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan proporsi pengeluaran pangan, tingkat kecukupan energi diperoleh dari food recall 1x24 jam dan analisa faktor yang mempengaruhi ketahanan pangan berdasarkan proporsi pengeluaran pangan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 37% rumah tangga berada pada kriteria rentan pangan dengan presentase proporsi pengeluaran pangan sebesar ix 70,3% dan tingkat kecukupan energi sebesar 98%. Kondisi ini berarti selama pandemic COVID-19 tingkat konsumsi energi rumah tangga di Kelurahan Patihan Wetan sudah mencukupi namun proporsi pengeluaran pangan rumah tangga masih tergolong tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 65,5% artinya bahwa ketahanan pangan rumah tangga dipengaruhi oleh variabel pendidikan kepala keluarga, jumlah anggota keluarga, pendapatan rumah tangga dan usia kepala keluarga, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar persamaan regresi. Secara parsial factor pendidikan kepala keluarga, pendapatan rumah tangga, dan usia kepala keluarga berpengaruh signifikan dengan taraf kepercayaan sebesar 85% sedangkan factor jumlah anggota keluarga tidak berpengaruh signifikan
English Abstract
The existence of COVID-19 wave II has an impact on all sectors, causing a decrease in income. People who experience a decrease in income are feared that there will be changes in food and non-food spending patterns as well as consumption patterns that can change the level of food security in a region. Patihan Wetan Village, Ponorogo Regency is one of the areas affected by this COVID-19, many people who work as entrepreneurs experience a decrease in income and have an impact on changing household expenses. In addition, the Ponorogo Regency Energy Sufficiency Figure also still does not meet the standard of 2.150 kcal/cap/day so it is feared that it will have an impact on food security in Patihan Wetan Village. Food security is a household's ability to meet family members' food both in quantity, quality and variety in accordance with the environment and local socio-culture so that they live healthy and can carry out productive activities. The purpose of this study is to (1) analyze the level of household food security based on the proportion of food expenditure and energy adequacy (2) to determine the factors that affect food security based on the proportion of food expenditure. The location determination was carried out purposively in Patihan Wetan Village. Sampling using simple random sampling with the Slovin formula to determine the sample and obtained 43 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive using the proportion of food expenditure, the level of energy adequacy obtained from a 2x24 hour food recall and analysis of factors affecting food security based on the proportion of food expenditure using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are as many as 37% of households are in the food insecurity criteria with a percentage of food expenditure proportion of 70.3% and an energy sufficiency level of 98%. This condition means that during the COVID- 19 pandemic the level of household energy consumption in Patihan Wetan Village xi is sufficient, but the proportion of household food expenditure is still relatively high. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination of 65.5% means that household food security is influenced by the education variable of the head of the family, the number of family members, household income and the age of the head of the family, while the remaining 34.5% is influenced by the variable other than the regression equation. Partially, the education of the head of the family, household income, and the age of the head of the family have a significant effect with a 95% confidence level, while the factor of the number of family members has no significant effect
