Abstract
Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi pada Maret 2020 berdampak pada seluruh aktivitas makhluk hidup dan berbagai bidang bisnis khususnya bidang pertanian. Penerapan kebijakam social distancing dan mengharuskan work from home mengakibatkan perubahan kinerja perusahaan yang berdampak terhadap penjualan. Adanya fenomena ini mengharuskan para pelaku usaha untuk menerapkan strategi yang dapat membantu menstabilkan ekonomi dengan memaksimalkan sumber daya dan berinovasi, serta meningkatkan performa perusahaan melalui perbaikan kinerja pihak internal perusahaan. PT. Sirtanio Organik Indonesia merupakan produsen pionir beras organik yang berada di Desa Sumber Baru, Kecamatan Singojuruh, Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang turut merasakan dampak akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19. Akibat pandemi sebanyak 40% penjualan menurun pada awal menyebarnya virus corona di Indonesia. Hal ini tentu mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, rumusan masalah yang diangkat pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kondisi kinerja perusahaan sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19 secara umum dan dinilai melalui Balance Scorecard. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis bagaimana kinerja perusahaan sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19. Metode penentuan responden yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive melalui pendekatan judgement. Metode yang digunakan dalam penentuan data adalah dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis data sekunder yang diteliti menggunakan metode Balance Scorecard dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitan, kinerja perusahaan sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19 secara umum adalah baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan dari indikator perhitungan pada ke-empat prespektif Balance Scorecard. Pada prespektif keuangan kinerja menunjukkan hasil baik karena terjadi peningkatan pada pertumbuhan pendapatan, pertumbuhan laba, dan profit margin. Pada prespektif pelanggan kinerja perusahaan juga menunjukkan hasil yang baik karena adanya peningkatan pada indikator akuisisi dan retensi pelanggan. Sementara pada prespektif proses bisnis internal kinerja perusahaan dinilai baik karena inovasi dilakukan oleh PT. Sirtanio selama tahun 2019 dan 2020, serta proses operasi yang berjalan secara efektif. Pada prespektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran kinerja perusahaan menunjukkan hasil baik karena nilai turn over karyawan yang rendah dan adanya peningkatan produktivitas karyawan. Dengan demikian saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja sekarang untuk masa yang akan datang agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing dalam kondisi apapun, serta hendaknya data yang digunakan ditambah untuk para peneliti selanjutnya agar hasil yang diperoleh jauh lebih baik.
English Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in March 2020 had an impact on all activities of living things and various business fields, especially the agricultural sector. The implementation of social distancing policies and requiring work from home resulted in changes in company performance that had an impact on sales. The existence of this phenomenon requires business actors to implement strategies that can help stabilize the economy by maximizing resources and innovating, as well as improving company performance through improving the performance of the company's internal parties. PT. Sirtanio Organic Indonesia is a pioneer producer of organic rice located in Sumber Baru Village, Singojuruh District, Banyuwangi Regency which also feels the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Due to the pandemic, 40% of sales decreased at the beginning of the spread of the corona virus in Indonesia. This certainly affects the company's performance. Because of that, the formulation of the problem raised in this study is how the condition of the company's performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in general and assessed through the Balanced Scorecard approach. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze how the company's performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out. The respondent determination method used is non-probability sampling with a purposive method through a judgment approach. The method used in determining the data is by interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and secondary data analysis which was studied using the Balanced Scorecard method with a descriptive quantitative research approach. Based on the results of research analysis, the company's performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic was generally good. This is indicated by an increase in the calculation indicators in the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard. From a financial perspective, the performance showed good results due to an increase in revenue growth, profit growth, and profit margins. From the customer perspective, the company's performance also shows good results due to an increase in indicators of customer acquisition and retention. From the perspective of internal business processes, the company's performance is considered good because the innovation is carried out by PT. Sirtanio during 2019 and 2020, as well as operating processes that are running effectively. From the perspective of growth and learning, the company's performance shows good results because of the low employee turnover value and an increase in employee productivity. Thus the advice that can be given is to maintain and improve current performance for the future in order to be able to survive and compete in any conditions, and the data used should be added to further researchers so that the results obtained are much better.
