Abstract
nvasive Breast Carcinoma Of No Special Type (NST) merupakan kelompok neoplasma epithelial ganas dari kelenjar payudara, salah satu penyebab kematian pada wanita. Pertumbuhan sel kanker dipengaruhi banyak faktor diantaranya usia penderita, grading histopatologi, infiltrasi limfosit pada stromal (TIL stromal) maupun Intratumoral (TIL Intratumoral), Human Epidermal growth factor Receptor 2 (HER2) dan Tingkat Proliferasi sel (Ki67). Sejauh ini masih banyak kontroversi hubungan antara Infiltras limfosit (TIL CD8+ ), dan di Indonesia belum banyak penelitian menegenai TIL CD8+ . Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan apakah terdapat hubungan antara TIL CD8+ dengan usia penderita, grading histopatologi, ekspresi Human Epidermal growth factor Receptor 2 (HER2) dan Ki67 pada Invasive Breast Carcinoma Of NST . Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian observasional analitik, menggunakan blok parafin Invasif Breast Carcinoma of NST secara random sampling pada kelompok usia, grading histopatologi, serta melihat ekspresi HER2 dan ekspresi Ki67 dengan total sampel sebayak 44 kasus. Dilakukan analisis data untuk mengetahui hubungan antara TIL CD8+ dengan usia dan grading histopatologi menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman’s. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui hubungan TIL CD8+ dengan ekspresi HER2 dan ekspresi Ki67 menggunakan uji statistik Mann Whitney. Pada penelitian ini korelasi antara kelompok usia dengan TIL CD8+ menggunakan pengujian Korelasi Spearman’s didapatkan hasil TIL CD8+ stromal p=0.052 dan TIL CD8+ intratumoral p=0.371 (P>0.05) dengan grading histopatologi TIL CD8+ stromal p=0.264 dan TIL CD8+ intratumoral p=0.820 (P>0.05) sedangkan untuk melihat hubungan antara TIL CD8+ dengan ekspresi HER2 serta ekspresi Ki67 menggunakan uji statistik Mann Whitney didapatkan TIL CD8+ stromal p=0.228 dan TIL CD8+ intratumoral p=0.526 (P>0.05) dengan ekspresi Ki67 didapatkan TIL CD8+ stromal p=0.490 dan TIL CD8+ intratumoral p=0.829 (p>0.05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak didapatkan korelasi antara TIL CD8+ dengan usia penderita, grading histopatologi, ekspresi HER2 dan ekspresi Ki67 pada penderita Invasive Breast Carcinoma Of NST
English Abstract
Invasive Breast Carcinoma of No Special Type (NST) is a group of malignant epithelial neoplasms of the mammary glands, one of the leading causes of death in women. The growth of cancer cells is influenced by many factors including the patient's age, histopathological grading, lymphocyte infiltration in stromal (stromal TIL) and intratumoral (TIL Intratumoral), Human Epidermal growth factor Receptor 2 (HER2) and cell proliferation rate index (Ki67). There is still much controversy regarding the relationship between lymphocyte infiltration (TIL CD8+ ), and in Indonesia there have not been many studies on TIL CD8+ . This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between CD8+ TIL with patient age, histopathological grading, expression of Human Epidermal growth factor Receptor 2 (HER2) and Ki67 Invasive Breast Carcinoma of NST. This study used an analytic observational research design, using paraffin block Invasive Breast Carcinoma of NST by random sampling in the age group, histopathological grading, and HER2 expression and Ki67 expression with a total sample of 44 cases. Data analysis was carried out to determine The correlation between TIL CD8+ with age and histopathological grading used the Spearman's correlation test, while to determine the relationship between TIL CD8+ with HER2 expression and Ki67 expression using the Mann Whitney statistical test. In this study, the correlation between age groups and TIL CD8+ using the Spearman's Correlation test, the results of TIL CD8+ stromal p=0.052 and TIL CD8+ intratumoral p=0.371 (P>0.05) with histopathological grading of TIL CD8+ stromal p=0.264 and TIL CD8+ intratumoral p = 0.820 (P>0.05). The relationship between TIL CD8+ with HER2 expression and Ki67 expression using the Mann Whitney statistical test, it was obtained TIL CD8+ stromal p=0.228 and TIL CD8+ intratumoral p=0.526 (P>0.05) with Ki67 expression obtained TIL CD8+ stromal p=0.490 and intratumoral CD8+ TIL p=0.829 (p>0.05). The results of this study showed that there was no correlation between TIL CD8+ with patient age, histopathological grading, HER2 expression and Ki67 expression in patients with Invasive Breast Carcinoma of NST.
