Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonstruksi konsep praktik akuntabilitas keuangan profetik pada Pondok Pesantren. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan etnometodologi sebagai alat analisisnya. Etnometodologi digunakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: "bagaimana komunitas pondok pesantren atau anggota organisasi memaknai budaya pondok pesantren dalam memraktikkan akuntabilitas keuangannya versi mereka sendiri". Hasil penelitian ini adalah konstruksi konsep praktik akuntabilitas keuangan yang dimetaforakan dari logo Hidayatullah. Aktivitas profetik yang terefleksikan dalam praktik akuntabilitas keuangan mempunyai makna sebagai berikut: (1) menjaga “haq” sebagai pondasi dalam praktik akuntabilitas keuangan (2) menegakkan keadilan sebagai strategi untuk mewujudkan stabilitas keuangan (3) memperkuat ukhuwah berbasis kepentingan bersama sebagai strategi untuk memperkuat persatuan dan kesatuan (4) berorientasi pada kebutuhan pengguna dan kemaslahatan umat sebagai strategi menyediakan layanan optimal sesuai dengan kebutuhan umat. Praktik akuntabilitas keuangan profetik dibingkai oleh manhaj Hidayatullah yaitu: Sistematika Nuzulul Wahyu (SNW). SNW bermakna tata urutan turunnya wahyu yang digunakan untuk menciptakan peradaban Islam serta sebagai dasar pembinaan akhlak dan pengembangan Hidayatullah. Pembinaan akhlak individu dilakukan secara kontinyu sehingga terbentuklah hakekat diri yang berkarakter "abdi Allah" dalam diri para aktor. Dengan demikian, secara organisasional terwujudlah praktik akuntabilitas keuangan profetik bersifat holistik yang berorientasi duniawi dan ukhrawi di lingkungan Hidayatullah.
English Abstract
The objective of this qualitative research is to construct the concept of prophetic financial accountability practices for Islamic boarding school using ethnomethodology as the instrument of analysis. The methodology was selected to identify how the Islamic boarding school’s community or its organization members define the Islamic boarding school’s culture in practicing their financial accountability in their own way. This study finds that the construction of the school’s financial accountability pattern is the metaphor of Hidayatullah logo. The prophetic activities reflected in the financial accountability have the senses of (1) safeguarding haq as the foundation of the financial accountability practices, (2) upholding justice as the strategy to bring financial accountability, (3) strengthening the mutual interest-based ukhuwah as a strategy to enhance unity, and (4) orienting to user’s needs and people’s wellbeing as a strategy to provide optimal services according to their needs. The practices of prophetic financial accounting are framed by the manhaj of Hidayatullah, i.e. the Systematic of Nuzulul Wahyu (SNW), the order of the revelations used to shape Islamic civilization as the foundation for good behavior education and Hidayatullah development. The good behavior education for individuals is done sustainably to form the essence of self, derived from the characteristics of “God’s servant” in the ego of actors. In the context of organization, the education results in holistic prophetic financial accountability practices oriented to both world and the hereafter in the environment of Hidayatullah.
