Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Social Media terhadap Customer Loyalty yang Dimediasi oleh Customer Relationship Management pada Vido Garment. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan explanatory untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel-variabel yang digunakan melalui pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode pursposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 160 dari pelanggan Vido Garment yang sudah pernah melakukan pemesanan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dan offline. Data yang telah terkumpul diolah menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan sistem bootstrapping untuk mendapatkan nilai T-Statistic dan P-Value. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Social Media berpengaruh secara positive dan signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty yang Dimediasi oleh Customer Relationship Management.

English Abstract

The research aims to investigate the effect of Social Media on Customer Loyalty Mediated by Customer Relationship Management on Vido Garment. This study employed quantitative and explanatory methods to determine the relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing. The study was conducted using a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 160 Vido Garment customers who had placed orders through questionnaires distributed online and offline. The data collected had been processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The hypothesis testing used a bootstrapping system to get the T-Statistic and P-Value values. This study indicates that Social Media has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty Mediated by Customer Relationship Management.
