Abstract
Efektivitas pemanfaatan dana desa dalam pembangunan desa dan pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan suatu tolak ukur untuk melihat seberapa berhasilkah pemanfaatan dana desa tersebut sehingga mampu merealisasikan kegiatan pembangunan desa dan pemberdayaan masyarakat secara efektif dan tepat sasaran sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan. Di Desa Balongpacul tingkat prasejahtera masyarakat setiap tahunnya meningkat efektivitas pemanfaatan dana desa sangat ditekankan guna mensejahterakan masyarakat.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang berlokasi di Desa Balongpacul Kecamatan,Nganjuk. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari wawancara kepada informan yang berkaitan, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas dana desa dilihat dari Permendes, Perbup dan realita dilapang. Sementara itu pemanfaatan dana desa dipriotitaskan untuk pembangunan desa dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan dilapangan, peneliti berkesimpulan bahwa efektivitas pemanfaatan dana desa telah sesuai dengan Permendes, Perbup dan realita dilapang. Pemanfaatan dana desa juga berdampak positif bagi masyarakat
English Abstract
The effectiveness of village fund usage in village development and community empowerment is a benchmark for assessing the success of the usage, which is proven by effective and on-target village development and community empowerment activities. The number of underprivileged households in Balongpacul village is increasing in every year. Therefore, the effectiveness of village fund usage is emphasized to increase public welfare. This qualitative descriptive study was conducted in the said village . the primary data was obtained through interviews with suitable informants, while the secondary was gathered from documents related to the research topic. The entire data was then analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study finds that the effectiveness of the village funds usage can be seen from the Minister of Village’s regulation, Municipal Government’s regulation, and from the fact on the field. The fund was prioritized for village development and community empowerment. Therefore, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the village fund usage has been in conformance with both regulations as well as with the fact on the field.
