Abstract

Buah stroberi merupakan salah satu tanaman buah-buahan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi. Di Indonesia, stroberi hanya bisa ditanam dibeberapa daerah dikarenakan buah stroberi merupakan tanaman subtropis dan dapat beradaptasi di dataran tinggi tropis. Petani stroberi di Indonesia, pada umumnya belum mengoptimalkan pengaplikasian teknologi dan penggunaan sumber daya dikarenakan kurangnya penganalisaan aspek finansial. Analisis finansial usahatani dilakukan agar para pelaku usahatani dapat mengetahui informasai terkait tingkat keuntungan yang dapat diperoleh sehingga hasil dari analisis finansial ini dapat dijadikan patokan bagi pelaku usahatani dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahatani. Analisis kelayakan adalah cara yang dapat memberikan gambaran secara umum tentang prospek komoditas dan memberikan gambaran khusus tentang, biaya investasi, modal, keuntungan dan kelayakan kegiatan usahtani (Karmila, 2013). Analisis finansial yang dilakukan untuk membandingkan penggunaan metode irigasi tetes dan penggunaan metode konvensonal pada usahatani stroberi varietas California mencakup modal, biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, break event point (BEP), neet present value (NVP), interna of return (IRR), net B/C ratio, dan payback period (PP). Penelitian berlokasi di Desa Pandanrejo, Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Usahatani stroberi varietas California di Desa Pandanrejo, Kota Batu yang dilakukan dengan metode konvensional dan penggunaan irigasi tetes dikatakan layak secara finansial. Analisis finansial usahatani stroberi California dengan metode konvensional, diperoleh besar total modal Rp 18,825,600,-, biaya total Rp, 9,262,600,-, penerimaan Rp 12.000.000,-, R/C ratio 1.29, besar keuntungan Rp 2,737,400, nilai BEP berdasarkan unit produksi 171,76 kg, dan BEP berdasarkan penjualan adalah Rp 6,909,576,-. Analisis finansial usahatani stroberi California dengan metode irigasi tetes, diperoleh besar total modal Rp 32,760,600,-, biaya total Rp 7,322,600,-, penerimaan Rp 21,600,000, besar R/C ratio 2.94, besar keuntungan Rp 7,322,600, nilai BEP berdasarkan unit produksi 106.38 kg, dan BEP berdasarkan penjualan adalah Rp4,255,127,-. Nilai NPV usahatani stroberi varietas California dengan metode konvensional adalah Rp 6,986,544,-, dan dengan metode irigasi tetes adalah Rp 65,274,224,-. Nilai B/C ratio usahatani stroberi varietas California dengan metode konvensional adalah 1.09, dan dengan metode irigasi tetes adalah 1.78. Nilai IRR usahatani stroberi varietas California dengan metode konvensional adalah 75.53%, dan dengan metode irigasi tetes adalah 83.57%. Payback Period usahatani stroberi varietas California dengan metode konvensional adalah 3.49 tahun, dan dengan metode irigasi tetes adalah 1.78 tahun.

English Abstract

Strawberry is one of the fruit plants that have high economic value. In Indonesia, strawberries can only be grown in some areas because they are a subtropical plant but can adapt to tropical highlands. Strawberry farmers in Indonesia, have not optimized the application of technology and resources due to lack of analysis of financial aspects. Farming financial analysis is carried out so that farmers can provide information related to the level of profit that can be obtained so that the results of this financial analysis can be used as a benchmark for farmers in carrying out farming activities. Feasibility analysis is a method that can provide a general description of the prospects for commodities and provide a specific description of the investment costs, capital, profits and feasibility of farming activities (Karmila, 2013). The financial analysis conducted to compare the use of trickle irrigation methods and conventional methods in strawberry farming of California varieties includes capital, costs, revenues, profits, break event point (BEP), net present value (NVP), internal of return (IRR), net B/C ratio, and payback period (PP). The research is located in Pandanrejo Village, Batu City, East Java. Strawberry farming of the California variety in Pandanrejo Village, Batu City which is carried out using conventional methods and using trickle irrigation is said to be financially feasible. Financial analysis of California strawberry farming using conventional methods, obtained a total capital of Rp. 18,825,600, total cost of Rp. 9,262,600, revenue of Rp. 12,000,000, R/C ratio of 1.29, profit of Rp. 2,737,400, BEP value based on production units. 171.76 kg, and BEP based on sales is Rp. 6,909.576,-. Financial analysis of California strawberry farming using trickle irrigation method, obtained a total capital of Rp. 32,760,600,-, total cost of Rp. 7,322,600,-, revenue of Rp. 21,600,000, large R/C ratio 2.94, large profit of Rp. 7,322,600, BEP value based on production units of 106.38 kg, and BEP based on sales is Rp4,255,127,-. The NPV value of the California variety strawberry farming with the conventional method is Rp. 6,986,544,-, and with the trickle irrigation method is Rp. 65,274,224,-. The B/C ratio of the California variety strawberry farming with the conventional method is 1.09, and the trickle irrigation method is 1.78. The IRR value of the California variety strawberry farming with the conventional method is 75.53%, and the trickle irrigation method is 83.57%. The payback period for farming the California variety strawberry with the conventional method is 3.49 years, and the trickle irrigation method is 1.78 years.
