Abstract
Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan perwujudan dari hak kesehatan kepada masyarakat yang dapat ditingkatkan dengan pengaplikasian peraturan dan standar pada bangunan rumah sakit. Namun masih terdapat ruang-ruang di rumah sakit yang masih belum sesuai dengan peraturan dan standar menurut jurnal-jurnal. Pada ruang-ruang di rumah sakit, ruang operasi menjadi ruang yang memiliki tingkat risiko sangat tinggi terjadi penularan penyakit. Rumah sakit di Kabupaten Malang ini merupakan rumah sakit kelas C yang menjadi rujukan utama bagi kecamatan-kecamatan di Kabupaten Malang bagian selatan. Rumah sakit di Kabupaten Malang memiliki ruang operasi yang teridentifikasi tidak sesuai standar ketika dilakukan observasi awal, yakni peralatan pada dinding dan langit-langit yang tidak dibenamkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi perubahan fisik ruang operasi rumah sakit setelah beroperasi sekian lama terhadap pada peraturan teknis yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah investigatif yakni menilai kesesuaian ruang operasi dengan parameter yang ada di Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 24 Tahun 2016. Penilaian dilakukan dengan dua tingkatan penilaian “Layak” dan “Tidak Layak” dengan masing- masing kriterianya. Data diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara semi terstruktur kepada pihak rumah sakit dengan analisis data yang dijelaskan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh ruang operasi rumah sakit di Kabupaten Malang mendapat nilai tidak layak terhadap peraturan yang berlaku dengan persentase 57.21 % kelayakan terhadap peraturan yang berlaku dari persentase evaluasi minimal yakni 81 % agar dapat ruang operasi Rumah Sakit di Kabupaten Malang dapat dikatakan layak. Rekomendasi berupa desain diberikan agar ruang operasi sedapat mungkin mendapatkan tingkat kelayakan sebesar 100% terhadap standar yang berlaku. perubahan dimensi ruang operasi; perubahan tata letak dan alur antar ruangan; perubahan material berupa pergantian vinyl homogeneous; pergantian pintu ruang operasi; penambahan dinding sandwich panel di pojok ruang; film viewer tipis dan jam listrik yang dibenamkan di dinding; pergantian lampu menjadi LED panel; orientasi meja operasi terhadap pintu pasien; dan penggunaan aliran udara laminar vertikal.
English Abstract
Health services are the embodiment of the right to health for the community which can be improved by the application of regulations and standards in hospital buildings. However, there are still rooms in the hospital that are still not in accordance with the regulations and standards according to the journals. In the rooms in the hospital, the operating room is a room that has a very high level of risk of disease transmission. This hospital in Malang Regency is a class C hospital which is the main reference for sub-districts in the southern part of Malang Regency. Hospitals in Malang Regency have operating rooms that were identified as not according to standards when initial observations were made, namely equipment on walls and ceilings that were not immersed. This study aims to evaluate the physical changes in the hospital operating room after operating for a long time against the applicable technical regulations. The method used in this research is investigative, namely assessing the suitability of the operating room with the parameters in the Regulation of the Minister of Health no. 24 of 2016. The assessment is carried out with two levels of "Eligible" and "Not Eligible" assessments with their respective criteria. Data were obtained through field observations and semi-structured interviews with the hospital with data analysis described descriptively. The results of this study obtained that the hospital operating room in Malang Regency got an inappropriate score against the applicable regulations with a percentage of 57.21% of eligibility for applicable regulations from the minimum evaluation percentage of 81% so that the Hospital operating room in Malang Regency could be said to be feasible. Recommendations in the form of design are given so that the operating room as far as possible gets a 100% feasibility level against the applicable standards. changes in operating room dimensions; changes in layout and flow between rooms; material changes in the form of homogeneous vinyl changes; changing operating room doors; the addition of a sandwich panel wall in the corner of the room; thin film viewer and wall-mounted electric clock; changing lamps to LED panels; orientation of the operating table to the patient's door; and the use of vertical laminar airflow.
