Abstract
Pertumbuhan industri konstruksi di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas perlu dilakukan agar perusahaan konstruksi dapat bersaing dan bertahan, salah satunya dengan menerapkan manajemen pengetahuan. Kota Surabaya memiliki persebaran perusahaan skala menengah mencapai 50%. (Sumber : Badan Pusat Statistik, 2020). Namun, kondisi pasar konstruksi menunjukkan piramida terbalik, di mana perusahaan konstruksi kualifikasi besar mendominasi pasar konstruksi Indonesia. Pengetahuan adalah suatu informasi yang diyakini kebenarannya diperoleh melalui hubungan manusia, komunikasi, pengalaman, gagasan, ataupun literatur. Pengetahuan dibedakan menjadi tacit knowledge dan explicit knowledge. Manajemen pengetahuan atau knowledge management adalah sebuah pendekatan terintegrasi yang dilakukan melalui aktivitas-aktivitas tertentu yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, produktivitas, keuntungan, dan perkembangan, serta keberlangsungan sebuah perusahaan. Menurut Asian Productivity Organization (APO), proses manajemen pengetahuan dibagi menjadi 5 tahapan, yaitu identify, create, store, share, dan apply. Pada APO KM Framework terdapat 7 kategori, yaitu KM leadership, process, people, technology, knowledge processes, learning and innovation, dan KM outcomes. Dalam menilai tingkat kematangan manajemen pengetahuan dibagi 5 tingkatan, yaitu reaction, initiation, expansion, refinement, dan maturity.
English Abstract
The growth of the construction industry in Indonesia continues to increase. By implementing knowledge management, construction companies can increase efficiency and effectiveness to compete and survive. Surabaya city has a distribution of medium-sized construction companies reaching 50%. (Source: Central Bureau of Statistics, 2020). However, the construction market conditions show an inverted pyramid, with large construction companies dominating the Indonesian construction market. The credible information that earns from human relations, communication, experiences, ideas, or literature is called knowledge. There are two types of knowledge, tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. Knowledge management is an integrated approach derived from certain activities aimed at improving the quality of human resources, productivity, profits, and company development. According to the Asian Productivity Organization (APO), the knowledge management cycle consists of five stages, identify, create, store, share, and apply. In the APO KM Framework, there are seven categories. Those categories are KM leadership, process, people, technology, knowledge processes, learning and innovation, and KM outcomes. In assessing the maturity level of knowledge management, there are five levels, namely reaction, initiation, expansion, refinement, and maturity.
