Abstract
PT BMAL merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang IUPHHK (Izin Usaha Pengelolaan Hasil Hutan Kayu yang menghasilkan produk berupa kayu log seperti jenis kayu meranti, kayu rimba campuran dan kayu indah.. Pada bagian logistik PT BMAL masih belum optimal dalam pengelolaan operasionalnya, dikarenakan masih banyak kendala maupun risiko dalam proses operasionalnya seperti keterlambatan kedatangan spare part, pekerjaan yang tidak sesuai dengan SOP, serta kegiatan operasional lain yang masih terdapat kesalahan dalam pelaksanaanya yang berkaitan dengan bagian logistik. Oleh karena itu, dari permasalahan tersebut dicari apa yang menjadi penyebab, indikasi risiko yang akan terjadi, dampak dan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut menggunakan metode FMEA (Failure Mode And Effect Analysis) dan metode Fishbone. Identifikasi risiko dilakukan brainstorming dengan bantuan metode risk breakdown structure (RBS) untuk mengelompokkan risiko dari level 0-3. Sebelumnya, dilakukan pemetaan aktivitas pada bagian pengadaan yang terbagi menjadi 5 proses yaitu perencanaan, pemesanan, penerimaan, pengembalian, dan pengendalian inventory untuk memahami aktivitas bagian logistik pada PT BMAL. Metode FMEA digunakan untuk melakukan analisis risiko, penilaian risiko dan penanganan risiko. Hasil severity, occurrence dan detection ̧dibuat kuesioner yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui risiko kritis yang ada pada bagian logistikn. Risko kritis didapat dari nilai risk priority number (RPN) tertinggi sehingga selanjutnya dilakukan risk response planning dalam penanganannya.
English Abstract
PT BMAL is a company that engages in IUPHHK (forest management business license) that produces logs wood such as meranti wood, Rimba Campuran wood, and Indah wood. In the logistic and procurement department, PT BMAL is still not optimal in operational management because there are still many obstacles and risks in the operational processes, such as delays in the arrival of spare part, processes that did not follow standard operating procedure (SOP), and other operational activities where there are still errors in the implementation related to the logistics and procurement department. Therefore, from these problems, we are looking for the causes, indications of risks that will occur, impacts, and solutions from these problems using the FMEA (Failure Mode And Effect Analysis) method and the Fishbone method. Risk identification is carried out using brainstorming and is carried out with the help of the risk breakdown structure (RBS) method to classify risks from levels 0 to 3. Previously, activity mapping was carried out in the procurement section, which was divided into five processes, namely planning, ordering, receiving, returning, and inventory control, to make it easier to understand the activities of the logistics and procurement department at PT BMAL.
