Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelompok Peternak Ayam Petelur Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai selama hampir 2 minggu pada November 2021. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik peternak ayam petelur, biaya produksi, pendapatan, keuntungan dan menganalisis R/C serta BEP dari peternakan ayam petelur di Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu di era new normal covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan metode penentuan sampel purpossive sampling. Junlah responden yang diperoleh selama penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 20 peternak. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari pengamatan langsung di lapangan, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari sumber-sumber yang telah ada, instansi terkait (Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan dan Badan Pusat Statistik). Penentuan sampel penelitian dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan beberapa pertimbangan tertentu.
English Abstract
The study aims to determine the profile of laying hens in the Layer Chicken Farmers Group, Junrejo District, Batu City, as well as to analyzed the cost structure, revenue, profit, BEP, and R/C Ratio value on layer chicken farms in the Layer Chicken Farmer Group, Junrejo District, Batu City in the new era normal Covid-19, during November 2021. The research method used was survey method and the method of determining the sample is purposive sampling. The data analysis used is economic analysis (total cost, total revenue, break even point, r/c ratio and profit) and descriptive analysis. The respondents obtained in this study were 20 farmers. The results showed that laying hens farmers in the Layer Chicken Breeders Group, Junrejo District, Batu City were dominated by men which the experience of farmer has been long enough with a population of 600-6.000 populations. The total cost incurred by farmers in one period is around IDR443.288.000 – IDR4.217.680.000/period with a population of 600-6.000 populations, the income received by farmers is around IDR467.689.379 – IDR4.922.191.065/period. The unit BEP value for each farmer ranges from 13,101.46 – 137,723 kg/period with a BEP value of IDR254.233775 – IDR2.672.514.743/period. The value of the R/C Ratio in the new normal era of covid-19 in Layer Chicken Farmer Group, Junrejo District, Batu City were 0.99 – 1.29. 18 farms were >1 (to gain) and the other 2 get a value of <1 (got lose
