Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis asimilasi, mengamati proses asimilasi nasalisasi dan proses perubahan makna nasalisasi verba dan nomina dialek Arek yang dituturkan oleh masyarakat yang tinggal di perbatasan Kabupaten Malang dan Kabupaten Blitar. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada tanggal 7-17 April 2022 di 3 kecamatan yaitu di Sumberpucung, Kalipare dan Kromengan. Data penelitian berupa frasa atau kata yang berasal dari tuturan responden yang diperoleh dari teknik elisitasi. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teori Chaer dan teori Bauer tentang proses morfofonemik dan pengaruh nasalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses asimilasi nasalisasi produktif terjadi pada verba daripada nomina, proses morfofonemis ditandai dengan peluluhan fonem yang terjadi pada perubahan konsonan
English Abstract
The study aims to observe the kind of assimilation, the process of assimilation nasalization, and the process of changing the meaning nasalization of the verbs and nouns of the Arek dialect of Javanese spoken by people living on the border of Malang and Blitar Regency. The data collection was done from 7-17 Avril 2022 in 3 districts which are Sumberpucung, Kalipare, and Kromengan. Research data were in the form of phrases or words of respondents' speech obtained from the elicitation technique. The research data were analyzed using Chaer theory and Bauer theory about process morphophonemic and the effect of nasalization. The results of the research show that the morphophonemic process occurs more productive on verbs than nouns is characterized by the assimilation of phonemes which occurs change the consonan
