Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis (1) pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap Job Satisfaction, (2) pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap Job Satisfaction, (3) pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap Organizational Commitment, (4) pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap Organizational Commitment, (5) pengaruh Job Satisfaction terhadap Organizational Commitment, (6) pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap Organizational Commitment melalui Job Satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening, dan (7) pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap Organizational Commitment melalui Job Satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan explanatory research. Metode yang digunakan yaitu sensus atau sampel jenuh pada 57 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan platform google form. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis jalur yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25, dan sobel test untuk menghitung pengaruh tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Work Life Balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction, (2) Employee Engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction, (3) Work life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment, (4) Employee Engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment, (5) Job Satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment, (6) Work Life Balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment melalui Job Satisfaction, dan (7) Employee Engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment melalui Job Satisfaction.

English Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze (1) the effect of Work Life Balance on Job Satisfaction, (2) the effect of Employee Engagement on Job Satisfaction, (3) the effect of Work Life Balance on Organizational Commitment, (4) the influence of Employee Engagement on Organizational Commitment, ( 5) the effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment, (6) the effect of Work Life Balance on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable, and (7) the effect of Employee Engagement on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses quantitative research methods with explanatory research. The method used is a census or a saturated sample of 57 respondents. The data collection method carried out in this study used a questionnaire with the google form platform. Analysis of the data used in this study used descriptive analysis, path analysis which was processed using SPSS version 25, and Sobel test to calculate the indirect effect between variables. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work Life Balance has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, (2) Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, (3) Work life balance has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (4) Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (5) Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (6) Work Life Balance has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction, and (7) Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction.
