Abstract
PT. BPR Bina Reksa Karyaartha adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa perbankan. PT. BPR Bina Reksa Karyaartha memiliki beberapa layanan salah satunya yaitu layanan perkreditan. Terdapat 9 proses bisnis saat ini yaitu pendaftaran pengajuan kredit nasabah, survei dan analisis kredit nasabah, persetujuan pengajuan kredit nasabah dengan Komite kredit, perjanjian dan pengikatan jaminan kredit nasabah dengan Notaris, pembayaran kredit nasabah, cek jatuh tempo pembayaran kredit nasabah, perpanjangan pembayaran kredit nasabah, pelaporan laporan SLIK dari Kantor cabang ke Kantor pusat dan pelaporan laporan SLIK dari kantor pusat ke Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Semua proses bisnis memiliki potensi masalah kecuali pelaporan laporan SLIK dari kantor pusat ke Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Pada proses bisnis terdapat permasalahan yang dapat mengganggu kinerja proses bisnis yang berjalan yaitu kesalahan mengisi formulir permohonan, Account Officer kesulitan menghubungi nasabah untuk menentukan jadwal perjanjian kredit, kesalahan Administrasi kredit memasukan data nasabah, data kredit dan data jaminan pada aplikasi PGBS, nasabah terlambat membayar, penagih kesulitan melakukan penagihan dengan nasabah, dan kesalahan membuat laporan SLIK. Tahap yang dilakukan penelitian ini adalah identifikasi proses bisnis dengan cara melakukan wawancara dan observasi, kemudian memodelkan proses bisnis menggunakan Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) dengan aplikasi Bizagi Modeler, melakukan analisis dan evaluasi menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) untuk mengetahui potensi permasalahan yang tertinggi. Selanjutnya dilakukan perbaikan rekomendasi proses bisnis dengan menggunakan metode Business Process Improvement (BPI) dengan bantuan tools streamlining. Dan kemudian dilakukan simulasi proses bisnis saat ini (as is) dan rekomendasi (to be) pada semua proses bisnis. Terjadi peningkatan pada time analysis tertinggi mencapai 9,24% pada proses bisnis pendaftaran pengajuan kredit nasabah. Sedangkan time analysis terendah adalah cek jatuh tempo pembayaran kredit nasabah dengan nilai -16,71%. Adanya aktivitas rekomendasi pada penelitian ini,diharapkan dapat memperlancar jalannya proses bisnis di BPR.
English Abstract
PT. BPR Bina Reksa Karyaartha is a company engaged in several financial services such as credit services. There are 9 business processes currently, i.e. registration of customer credit applications, surveys and analysis of customer loans, approval of customer credit applications with the credit committee, agreements and binding of customer credit guarantees with a notary, customer credit payments, checks due to customer credit payments, extension of customer credit payments , reporting SLIK reports from branch offices to the head office and reporting SLIK reports from the head office to the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). All business processes have potential problems except for reporting SLIK reports from the head office to the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Found problems that can interfere with the performance of ongoing business processes, namely errors in filling the application form, Account Officers have difficulty contacting customers to determine the credit agreement schedule, and errors entering customer data, credit data and collateral data on the PGBS application. In addition, customers are late paying, collectors find it difficult to do billing with customers, and errors in making SLIK reports. The stage of this research is to identify business processes by conducting interviews and observations, then modeling business processes using Business Process Models and Notation (BPMN) with the Bizagi Modeler application, conducting analysis and evaluation using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to find out the highest potential problem. Furthermore, improvements to business process recommendations are made using the Business Process Improvement (BPI) method with the help of streamlining tools and simulation of current business processes (as is) and recommendations (to be) on all business processes. An increase in the highest time analysis reached 9.24% in the business process of registering customer credit applications. While the lowest time analysis in the Check process is due to the customer's credit payment with a value of -16.71%. The existence of recommendation activities in this research is expected to facilitate the running of business processes in BPR. Then, it will minimize some problems mentioned above also improve the quality of employee performance and collaboration with customers.
