Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pengguna aplikasi ATLAS dalam menyusun Kertas Kerja Audit. Faktor- faktor tersebut diukur dengan model End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah auditor di KAP yang menggunakan aplikasi ATLAS di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode convenience sampling. Data yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner adalah 83 respons dari auditor yang dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Proses analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan SmartPLS 2.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel konten, akurasi, format, dan ketepatan waktu berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi ATLAS dalam menyusun Kertas Kerja Audit. Akan tetapi, kemudahan penggunaan tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan auditor sebagai pengguna aplikasi tersebut.

English Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the user satisfaction of the ATLAS application for preparing Audit Working Papers. These factors were measured by the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. A quantitative approach was used in this study. The population of the study was auditors at public accounting firms using the application in East Java Province. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. The data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires was 83 responses from the auditors taken as the research sample. The data was then analyzed using Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 2.0. The results of this study indicated that the variables of content, accuracy, format, and timeliness had a positive effect on the user satisfaction of the ATLAS application for preparing Audit Working Papers. However, the variable of ease of use did not affect the satisfaction of auditors as the application's users.
