Abstract

Pencatatan sipil merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan Pemerintah Indonesia dalam rangka mewujudkan tertib administrasi kependudukan secara nasional. Pelayanan pencatatan sipil dilakukan di seluruh daerah Indonesia, termasuk Kota Malang. Tetapi masyarakat Kota Malang belum sepenuhnya puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan, karena menghabiskan waktu dalam proses pengurusannya. Aplikasi Pencatatan Sipil Kota Malang merupakan solusi yang ingin dicapai guna menjawab permasalahan yang ada. Perancangan user experience diperlukan sebelum tahap pengembangan aplikasi agar aplikasi yang dihasilkan dapat menjawab permasalahan dengan tepat sasaran. Metode pendekatan yang akan digunakan adalah Human-Centered Design (HCD) agar solusi yang dihasilkan berfokus pada kebutuhan pengguna. Desain solusi yang telah dibuat dievaluasi dan diujikan dengan pengguna untuk mengukur aspek usability produk. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah kesusaian perancangan user experience dengan pendekatan HCD, serta mendapatkan nilai efektifitas sebesar 100% dari metode task scenario dan nilai kepuasan sebesar 83,5 dari metode System Usability Scale (SUS) scoring. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa desain solusi yang dibangun memberikan persepsi positif dari sudut pandang user experience maupun usability.

English Abstract

Civil registration is one of the activities undertaken by the Government of Indonesia in order to realize the orderly administration of the population nationwide. Civil registration services are conducted in all areas of Indonesia, including Malang. But the community of Malang has not been fully satisfied with the service provided, because it spends time in the process of processing. Civil Registration Application Malang City is a solution to be achieved to answer the problems that exist. User experience designing is required before the application development phase so that the resulting application can answer the problem with the right target. The approach method to be used is HumanCentered Design (HCD) so that the resulting solution focuses on the needs of the user. Design solutions have been made evaluated and tested with users to measure the product usability aspect. The results of the research obtained are user experience design decency with HCD approach, as well as get the effectiveness value of 100% of the task scenario method and satisfaction value of 83.5 from the System Usability Scale (SUS) method of scoring. It can be concluded that the design of a built solution provides positive perception from the user experience and usability perspective
