Abstract
Esensus merupakan sistem informasi berbasis mobile yang diterapkan pada AJB Bumiputera 1912 Kantor Cabang Wlingi untuk membantu agen menjalankan tugas pelaporan data terbaru yang masih aktif. Dalam implementasinya Esensus di AJB Bumiputera 1912 Kantor Cabang Wlingi baru dimulai pada bulan Februari 2019 dan masih terdapat keluhan dari penggunanya. Evaluasi perlu untuk dilakukan sehingga mendapatkan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan penerimaan Esensus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana faktor-faktor yang akan diteliti terhadap penerimaan pengguna sistem eSensus. Penelitian ini menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang telah termodifikasi menggunakan empat variabel yaitu Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease Of Use, Behavioral Intention To Use dan Actual System Use. Variabel tersebut diteliti guna mendeskripsikan penerimaan pengguna akan Esensus dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Statistik deskriptif menjelaskan informasi data berdasarkan pada pemusatan data dan persebaran data, sehingga akan diperoleh rata-rata. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner offline dan wawancara. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh agen AJB Bumiputera 1912 Kantor Cabang Wlingi yang pernah menggunakan Esensus dengan sampel sebanyak 36. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Usefulness (76,70%), Perceived Ease Of Use (78,07%), Behavioral Intention To Use (80,80%) dan Actual System Use (78,80%) termasuk kategori tinggi. Dari hasil penelitian, kemudian disusun rekomendasi perbaikan guna meningkatkan penerimaan Esensus.
English Abstract
Esensus is a mobile-based information system applied to the AJB Bumiputera 1912 Wlingi Branch office to help agents report the latest data that is still active. In its implementation, Esensus, AJB Bumiputera 1912 Wlingi Branch Office, started in February 2019 and there are still complaints from agents as users. Evaluation needs to be done so get a recommendation for improvements to improve of Esensus acceptance. The research aims to describe how the factors will be examined for the user's acceptance of the eSensus system. This research uses modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) using four variables: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease Of Use, Behavioral Intention To Use and Actual System Use. These variables were examined to describe user's acceptance of Esensus using descriptive statistical analysis. Descriptive statistics describe data information based on data centraling and data distribution, so the average value will be obtained.. Data retrieval is done using offline questionnaires and interviews. The population used in this research are all agents of AJB Bumiputera 1912 Wlingi Branch office which once used Esensus with a sample of 36. The results of this research showed that variables Perceived Usefulness (76,70%), Perceived Ease Of Use (78,07%), Behavioral Intention To Use (80,80%) and Actual System Use (78,80%) belongs to the high category. From the results of the research, the recommendations were compiled to improve the acceptance of Esensus
