Abstract
Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja merupakan bagian dari fasilitas karyawan memberikan dukungan dalam upaya untuk menciptakan kepuasan kepada para karyawan dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan keselamatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan 2) Mengetahui pengaruh pelaksaan kesehatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, yaitu menjelaskan hubungan kasual antara variable bebas terhadap variable terikat dengan melalui uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 81 responden dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS (Statistic Product and Services Solution) versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa keselamatan kerja memiliki angka signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari v=0,05, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kesehatan kerja memiliki angka signifikan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari v=0,05, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
English Abstract
Occupational safety and health are part of employee facilities providing support to create satisfaction for employees at work. This study aims to: 1) Determine the effect of implementing work safety on employee job satisfaction 2) Determine the effect of occupational health on employee job satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research, which explains the causal relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable through hypothesis testing. This study used a sample of 81 respondents using probability sampling techniques a saturated sample technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis using SPSS (Statistic Product and Services Solution) version 21. Based on the results of the analysis showed that workplace safety has a significant QXPbeU Rf 0,000 OeVV WKaQ ȝ= 0.05, WKeVe UeVXOWV LQdLcaWe WKaW ZRUNSOace VafeW\ KaV a significant effect on employee satisfaction.
