Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh PDRB, Dana Desa, Belanja Daerah sektor Pendidikan dan Belanja Daerah sektor Kesehatan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di seluruh Provinsi di Indonesia Tahun 2015 – 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang didapat dari instansi terkait. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi data panel melalui Eviews 9 dengan menggunakan koefisien estimasi PCSE (Panel Corrected Standard Errors) dan pendekatan Random Effect Model untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa PDRB dan Dana Desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan di Indonesia tahun 2015 - 2018. Selanjutnya, variabel Belanja Daerah sektor Pendidikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap IPM di Indonesia, sedangkan Belanja Daerah sektor Kesehatan berpengaruh negative terhadap IPM di Indonesia selama periode penelitian.

English Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of GRDP, Village Fund, Regional Spending in Education sector and Regional Spending in Health sector on the Human Development Index in all Provinces in Indonesia in the period of 2015-2018. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using secondary data obtained from related institutions. The analysis method used is panel data regression through E-views 9 using the PCSE (Panel Corrected Standard Errors) correlation coefficient and the Random Effect Model approach to measure the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Estimation result shows that GRDP and Village Funds have a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index in Indonesia in the period of 2015 - 2018. Furthermore, the Regional Spending in the Education sector has no effect on HDI in Indonesia, while the Regional Spending in Health sector has a negative effect on HDI in Indonesia during the study period.
