Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mediasi organizational justice dalam hubungan perceived organizational politics terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui kriteria mediasi Baron & Kenny. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 33 pegawai Bappeda Kabupaten Bekasi dengan metode analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational politics berpengaruh negatif terhadap organizational justice dan komitmen organisasi. Sementara itu, organizational justice tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Dengan hasil ini, organizational justice tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara perceived organizational politics terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai Bappeda Kabupaten Bekasi. Terlepas dari upaya peneliti untuk membuat kuisioner sebaik mungkin, namun peneliti tidak dapat menjamin obyektifitas setiap responden. Terlebih, penelitian ini dilakukan hanya di tingkat persepsi pegawai. Sebuah saran untuk peneliti di masa depan untuk dapat mengeksplor ketiga variabel dalam penelitian ini di tingkat yang lebih luas dengan obyektifitas yang maksimal.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice mediation in the relationship of perceived organizational politics on organizational commitment through the mediation criteria of Baron & Kenny. The sample used in this study were 33 employees of Bappeda Bekasi Regency with the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method through the SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results of the analysis show that perceived organizational politics has a negative effect on organizational justice and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, organizational justice has no influence on organizational commitment. With these results, organizational justice cannot mediate the relationship between perceived organizational politics and organizational commitment to the employees of Bappeda Bekasi Regency. Despite the researcher's efforts to make the best possible questionnaire, researchers cannot guarantee the objectivity of each respondent. Moreover, this research was conducted only at the perceptual level of employees. A suggestion for future researchers to be able to explore the three variables in this study at a broader level with maximum objectivity.
