Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh tata kelola perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2019 (2) Mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh tata kelola perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2019 (3) Mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh tata kelola perusahaan terhadap kebijakan struktur modal perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2019 (4) Mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kebijakan dividen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2019 (5) Mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kebijakan struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2019
