Abstract
Kepemimpinan Transformasional merupakan kepemimpinan yang mampu mengkoordinasikan, mengarahkan dan mempengaruhi bawahannya. Terdapat beberapa pondasi dimensi di dalam Kepemimpinan Transformasional antara lain : pemimpin yang berkarismatik, pemimpin yang mampu memotivasi bawahannya, pemimpin yang mampu memberikan ide – ide yang baru dan pemimpin yang dapat memperhatikan keluhan – keluhan bawahannya. Dimensi dari Kepemimpinan Transformasional tersebut mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan bawahannya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut rumusan masalah yang di buat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Desa Pacekulon terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat Desa Pacekulon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Desa terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat Desa Pacekulon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data survei dengan menggunakan kuisoner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 98 responden yang merupakan masyarakat Desa Pacekulon. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier sederhana, dan uji asumsi klasik yang dibantu dengan Softeware SPSS Versi 16. Pada penelitian ini membahas teori Kepemimpinan Transformasional dari Bass dan Avolio, teori Kepuasan Masyarakat dari Lupioyadi.
English Abstract
Transformational leadership is leadership that is able to coordinate, direct and influence subordinates. There are several foundational dimensions in Transformational Leadership, including: a charismatic leader, a leader who is able to motivate his subordinates, a leader who is able to provide new ideas and a leader who can pay attention to the complaints of his subordinates. The dimensions of Transformational Leadership have an influence on the satisfaction of his subordinates. Based on this, the problem formulation made in this study is how the influence of the Transformational Leadership of the Village Head of Pacekulon on the community satisfaction of Pacekulon Village. This study aims to determine the influence of the Village Head's Transformational Leadership on the Community Satisfaction of Pacekulon Village. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting survey data using a questionnaire. The number of respondents was 98 respondents who were the people of Pacekulon Village. The analytical method used for this research is descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and classical assumption test assisted by Softeware SPSS Version 16.
