Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap intention to leave, (2) mengetahui dan menjelaskan yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasional terhadap intention to leave, (3) mengetahui dan menjelaskan secara simultan pengaruh signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap intention to leave. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 74 responden dan menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to leave. Variabel komitmen organisasional juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terdahap intention to leave. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap intention to leave.
English Abstract
The objectives of this study were to: (1) identify and explain the significant influence between job satisfaction on intention to leave, (2) identify and explain the significant influence between organizational commitment and intention to leave, (3) know and explain simultaneously the significant effect. between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to intention to leave This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The sample was 74 respondents and used a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Based on the research results, it was found that job satisfaction had a significant effect on intention to leave. The organizational commitment variable also has a significant effect on intention to leave. Based on the results of the calculation, it is known that there is a simultaneous & significant influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment on intention to leave.
