Abstract
Infeksi saluran kemih (ISK) adalah infeksi bakteri pada kandung kemih dan struktur terkait lainnya hingga uretra. ISK adalah salah satu infeksi bakteri yang paling umum terjadi pada masa kanak-kanak. Gejala yang timbul seperti demam, menggigil, kaku dan nyeri pinggang, disuria, urin keruh, urin berbau busuk, dan nyeri tekan suprapubic dimana ini menimbulkan masalah keperawatan. Masalah keperawatan, diagnosis, intervensi, dan tindak lanjut anak-anak dengan ISK adalah masalah penting bagi perawat anak dan tenaga kesehatan lainnya yang melibatkan banyak keputusan. Diagnosis yang cepat dan inisiasi perawatan segera dengan pendekatan yang sesuai harus dilakukan sebagai penentuan keberhasilan perawatan anak dengan ISK. Karya ilmiah ini ditulis dengan tujuan menjelaskan keberhasilan perawatan anak dengan gangguan eliminasi urin, nyeri akut, risiko infeksi, dan gangguan tumbuh kembang selama empat hari pada diagnosis medis infeksi saluran kemih di ruang IRNA anak suatu rumah sakit di Kota Malang. Asuhan keperawatan anak dilakukan selama 4 hari, kemudian diukur keberhasilan asuhannya. Hasil pengkajian didapatkan masalah keperawatan gangguan eliminasi urin, nyeri akut, risiko infeksi, dan gangguan tumbuh kembang. Intervensi dan luaran telah disesuaikan dengan SLKI dan SIKI. Hasil evaluasi gangguan eliminasi urin teratasi sebagian dengan keberhasilan asuhan sebesar 75 %. Nyeri akut teratasi seluruhnya dengan keberhasilan asuhan sebesar 100 %. Risiko infeksi teratasi sebagian dengan keberhasilan asuhan sebesar 40 %. Gangguan tumbuh kembang teratasi seluruhnya dengan keberhasilan asuhan sebesar 100 %. Keberhasilan perawatan anak dengan gangguan eliminasi urin, nyeri akut, risiko infeksi, dan gangguan tumbuh kembang dengan diagnosis medis infeksi saluran kemih selama empat hari di suatu rumah sakit sebesar 78,75 %.
English Abstract
Urinary tract infection (UTI) is a bacterial infection of the bladder and other related structures up to the urethra. UTI is one of the most common bacterial infections in childhood. Symptoms that may arise include fever, chills, stiffness and low back pain, dysuria, cloudy urine, foul-smelling urine, and suprapubic tenderness which can cause nursing problems. Nursing problems, diagnosis, intervention, and follow-up of children with UTIs are important issues for pediatric nurses and other health care professionals that involve many decisions. Therefore, prompt diagnosis and prompt initiation of treatment with an appropriate approach must be carried out as a determinant of the success of treatment of children with UTI. This scientific paper was written with the aim of explaining the success of treating children with urinary elimination disorders, acute pain, risk of infection, and impaired growth and development for four days at a medical diagnosis of urinary tract infection in the pediatric room of a hospital in Malang City. This scientific work was carried out by providing nursing care for children for a total of 4 days, then measuring the success of the care. The results of the client's assessment found nursing problems with urinary elimination disorders, acute pain, risk of infection, and growth and development disorders. Interventions and outcomes prescribed for client care have been adapted to the SLKI and SIKI. The results of the evaluation of urinary elimination disorders were partially resolved with the success of nursing care by 75%. Acute pain is completely resolved with the success of nursing care by 100%. The risk of infection is partially resolved by the success of nursing care by 40%. Growth and development disorders are completely resolved with the success of nursing care by 100%. The success of treating children with urinary elimination disorders, acute pain, risk of infection, and impaired growth and development with a medical diagnosis of urinary tract infection for four days in a hospital is 78.75%.
