Abstract

Kawasan Kampung Pia Warurejo di Pasuruan merupakan sebuah kawasan permukiman industri yang memiliki potensi menarik yaitu sebagian besar permukiman disana memiliki rumah industri kue pia. Persebaran wirausaha kue pia disana sangat banyak dikarenakan memiliki potensi tempat yang strategis dan usaha yang mudah dikelola. Wirausaha kue pia disana memiliki perbedaan antara wirausaha pia yang satu dengan yang lainnya dikarenakan keterbatasan area dan ekonomi. Hal tersebut menimbulkan dampak terhadap kategorisasi beberapa aspek terkait tipologi pada rumah industri kue pia dan juga dari pengaruh tipologi tersebut berpengaruh terhadap aspek morfologi spasial pada rumah industri kue pia yang terbentuk sebelum berwirasuaha kue pia dan sesudah berwirausaha kue pia pada permukiman rumah industri kue pia di Kampung Pia Warurejo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami karakteristik rumah industri kue pia dan persebarannya di permukiman Kampung Pia Warurejo Pasuruan dan memahami tipo- morfologi permukiman Kampung Pia Warurejo dan faktor yang menyebabkannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisa data menggunakan metode triangulasi data. Tahapan analisis menggunakan analisis desktiptif (antar studi terpilih) dan analisis komparatif (kajian jurnal/penelitian terdahulu). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode diakronik. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa perubahan tipologi dan morfologi rumah industri kue pia dipengaruhi oleh faktor ekonomi terkait kebutuhan dari hasil yang didapatkan, dan dari penjualan kue pia yang meningkat sehingga akan menimbulkan perubahan dan seiring perkembangan akan menimbulkan tipo- morfologi yang baru dikarenakan pada rumah industri di Kampung Pia Warurejo masih berkembang. Manfaat dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dipergunakan sebagai referensi penelitian tentang karakteristik ruang usaha industri kue pia, khususnya mengenai tipologi morfologi atau dinamika pada area usaha rumah industri yang terjadi di Kampung Pia Warurejo Pasuruan.

English Abstract

The Kampung Pia Warurejo area in Pasuruan is an industrial residential area that has an interesting potential, namely that most of the settlements there have a pia cake industry home. The distribution of entrepreneurial pie there is very much because it has a strategic and business-managed potential. Entrepreneurial cake there has a difference between one entrepreneur and another due to limited area and economy. This has an impact on the categorization of several aspects related to typology in the home of the pie industry and also from the influence of the typology influencing the spatial morphological aspects of the pia cake industry house which was formed prior to the production of pia cakes and after entrepreneurial pia cakes in the pia cake industry housing in Kampung Pia Warurejo. The purpose of this study was to understand the characteristics of the pia cake industry house and its distribution in Kampung Pia Warurejo Pasuruan and to understand the Pia Warurejo village settlement morphologies and the factors that caused it. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data analysis techniques use data triangulation methods. Stages of analysis use desktiptif analysis (between selected studies) and comparative analysis (previous journal / research studies). This research was conducted using the diachronic method. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study reveal that changes in typology and morphology of the home of the pie industry are influenced by economic factors related to the needs of the results obtained, and from the sale of pia cakes that increase so that changes will occur and along with developments will lead to new morphologies due to industrial houses in Pia Warurejo village is still developing. The benefits of this research are expected to be used as a reference for research on the characteristics of the business room for the pia cake industry, especially regarding the typology of morphology or dynamics in the industrial home business areas that occur in Kampung Pia Warurejo Pasuruan.
