Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan, perubahan harga dan kepercayaan merek berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory reasearch, yaitu berfokus untuk menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi liniear berganda dengan program SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel customer satisfaction, switching cost, dan trust in brand berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty pada pengguna kartu perdana Telkomsel di Kota Malang.
English Abstract
This research aims to discoer the effect of The Influence of Customer Satisfaction, Switching Cost, and Thrust in Brand trouh Customer Loalty. The tpe of this research is the explanatory research which explains the relationship between one variable and other. This research using multiple linear regression, and the data were analyzed using SPSS ersion 21. The result of this research indicates that customer satisfaction, switching cost and trust in brand have a significant effect of customer loyalty
