Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1) pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap kinerja dosen, 2) pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap komitmen organisasional, 3) pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja dosen, 4) pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap motivasi kerja, 5) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja dosen, 6) peran mediasi komitmen organisasional pada kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap kinerja dosen, 7) peran mediasi motivasi kerja pada kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap kinerja dosen. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah dosen Universitas Pesantren Tinggi Darul ‘Ulum Jombang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 105 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) kepemimpinan spiritual tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen, 2) kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, 3) komitmen organisasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen, 4) kepemimpinan spiritual tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, 5) motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen, 6) komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap kinerja dosen, 7) motivasi kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap kinerja dosen
English Abstract
This study aims to analyze 1) the influence of the spiritual leadership of the faculty performance, 2) the influence of spiritual leadership on organizational commitment, and 3) the effect of organizational commitment on the performance of lecturers, 4) the effect of spiritual leadership to the work motivation, 5) the effect of work motivation on the performance of lecturers, 6) the mediating role of organizational commitment in the spiritual leadership of the performance of lecturers, 7) the mediating role of work motivation on the spiritual leadership of the performance of lecturers. The population in this study is a lecturer in the Universitas Pesantren Tinggi Darul ‘Ulum Jombang. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling with a sample of 105 respondents. Data were analyzed using path analysis with SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that 1) the spiritual leadership does not affect the performance of lecturers, 2) spiritual leadership influence on organizational commitment, 3) organizational commitment affect the performance of lecturers, 4) of spiritual leadership has no effect on work motivation, 5) work motivation affect the performance of lecturers , 6) organizational commitment mediates the spiritual leadership influence on the performance of lecturers, 7) work motivation does not mediate the effect of spiritual leadership on the performance of lecturers
