Abstract
SMA Sulthon Aulia Boarding School memiliki dua kurikulum yaitu kurikulum sekolah dan kurikulum asrama. Siswa selama tiga tahun akan dididik dalam wadah pendidikan kehidupan islam sehingga diharapkan dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang fakih dan alim, akhlakul karimah, mempunyai jiwa kepemimpinan, dan mempunyai jiwa kewirausahaan. Namun dalam proses pembentukan lulusan yang baik masih kurang efisien. Proses penilaian masih menggunakan cara yang konvensional dan mempunyai resiko hilangnya data sehingga dapat memperlambat proses penilaian siswa baik di sekolah maupun di asrama. Sistem informasi akademik adalah sistem yang dapat dijadikan sebagai solusi dari permasalahan diatas. Penilaian siswa akan dicatat secara online dan akan meminimalisir terjadinya kehilangan data. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah metode waterfall. Pengembangan sistem ini menghasilkan hasil elisitasi kebutuhan berupa terdapat 5 aktor, 42 kebutuhan fungsional dan 1 kebutuhan non fungsional. Hasil dari elisitasi kebutuhan yaitu terdapat 5 rancangan yaitu perancangan arsitektur, perancangan sequence diagram, perancangan class diagram, perancangan basis data, perancangan algoritme dan perancangan antarmuka. Kemudian dari hasil perancangan dilakukan proses implementasi yang menghasilkan implementasi algoritme dan implementasi antarmuka. Pada tahap pengujian, sistem menggunakan pengujian unit, pengujian integrasi, pengujian validasi dan pengujian compatibility. Hasil dari pengujian sistem mendapatkan hasil 100% pass dalam pengujian kebutuhan fungisonal. Pada pengujian compatibility, sistem telah diuji pada perangkat yang berbeda-beda dan mendapatkan hasil 100% pass. Sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik pada perangkat yang berbeda-beda.
English Abstract
Sulthon Aulia Boarding School has two curricula, namely the school curriculum and the dormitory curriculum. Students for three years will be educated in an Islamic life education so that is is expected to produce graduates who are faithful and pious, morality, have a soul of leadership, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. But in the process of forming good graduates it is still less efficient. The assessment process still uses conventional methods and has the risk of losing data so that it can slow down the assessment process of students both at school and in the dormitory. Academic information system is a system that can be used as a solution to the problems above. Student assessments will be recorded online and will minimize data loss. The method used in the development of this system is the waterfall method. The development of this system resulted in the elicitation of needs in the form of 5 actors, 42 functional needs and 1 non functional requirement. The results of the elicitation needs there are 5 designs namely, architectural design, sequence diagram design, class diagram design, database design, algorithm design and interface design. Then the results of the design carried out the implementation process, implementation of algorithm and the implementation of the interface. In the testing phase, the system uses unit testing, integration testing, validation testing and compatibility testing. The results of the system test get 100% pass results in testing functional requirements. In compatibility testing, the system has been tested on different devices ande gets good results. The system can run well on different devices.
