Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap penggunaan, dalam hal ini dosen Universitas Negeri Malang (UM). Penelitian ini juga akan menguji pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna serta dampaknya terhadap net benefits pada pengguna Sistem Informasi Beban Kinerja Dosen (BKD) UM. Penelitian ini menggunakan modifikasi model keberhasilan sistem informasi dari DeLone & McLean (2003). Model dianalisis dengan pemodelan persamaan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) berbasis komponen atau varian (component based) yang populer dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.2.8. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 93 dosen PNS UM yang aktif mengajar. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online dengan mengakses laman yang telah disediakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan antara kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap penggunaan sistem BKD. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem BKD, antara penggunaan sistem BKD terhadap net benefits, serta antara kepuasan pengguna sistem BKD terhadap net benefits. Penerapan sistem informasi BKD UM dapat dinyatakan sukses karena terdapat korelasi positif antar variabel.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality of the lecturer at Malang State University. This study will also investigate the effect on user satisfaction and its impact on net benefits for users of UM Information System Expenses. This study applies a modification of the information system success model from DeLone & McLean. The model is analyzed by modeling the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on components or variants (component based) that are popular with Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS version 3.2.8. The research design used in this study is quantitative research. The results showed that there was a positive but not significant effect between system quality, information quality, and service quality on the use of the BKD system. However, there is a positive and significant influence between system quality, information quality, and service quality on the BKD system user satisfaction, between the uses of the BKD system on net benefits, and between the satisfaction of the BKD system users on net benefits. The implementation of BKD UM information system can be declared successful because there is a positive correlation between variables.
