Abstract

Secara umum, inovasi dalam pemerintahan adalah ide kreatif yang berhasil diimplementasikan untuk memecahkan masalah publik yang mendesak. Di Indonesia, kondisi dan perkembangan inovasi di sektor publik masih kurang baik dibandingkan dengan negara-negara lain di dunia. Kemampuan inovasi dan daya saing di Indonesia masih rendah karena beberapa alasan, menurut Tri Widodo, Deputi Bidang Inovasi Administrasi Negara LAN RI menjelaskan hal tersebut tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa kemauan untuk berinovasi dan kemampuan untuk berinovasi dalam birokrasi masih rendah. Tantangan dan permasalahan yang cukup kompleks dalam menciptakan iklim investasi yang kondusif, pemerintah Lamongan melalui Badan Penanaman Modal dan Perijinan (BPMP)/Badan Penanaman Modal dan Perizinan mencoba melakukan berbagai inovasi dalam menghadapi masalah. Ini menunjukkan positif Hasilnya, Kabupaten Lamongan Tahun 2015 mendapatkan penghargaan East Java Investment Award 2015 dari Gubernur Jawa Timur, dengan predikat juara pertama untuk kategori kinerja investasi..

English Abstract

In general terms, innovation in governance is a creative idea of the which is successfully implemented to solve a pressing public problem. In Indonesia, the condition and the development of innovation in the public sector is still not good compared with other countries in the world. Innovation capability and competitiveness in Indonesia is still low due to some reasons, according to Tri Widodo, Deputy of State Administration Innovation LAN RI explained that it cannot be denied that the willingness to innovate and the ability to innovate within the bureaucracy is still low. Challenges and problems are quite complex in creating a conducive investment climate, Lamongan government through Badan Penanaman Modal dan Perijinan (BPMP)/ Agency for Investment and Licensing tries to perform various innovations in dealing with problems. It shows positive results, Lamongan Regency in 2015 was awarded East Java Investment Award 2015 from the Governor of East Java, with first honors for the category of investment performance..
